There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is an open, multicenter study of stage I/II in Chinese subjects with unresectable locally advanced/metastatic solid tumors. It is divided into dose escalation period and cohort expansion period. A total of 9 dose groups (Q3W on the first day of intravenous administration every three weeks) were designed in the dose escalation period. The initial dose was 1.0mg/kg, Q3W, and the observation period of DLT was 21 days. In the dose expansion phase, 5 cohorts were set up.
Retrospective analysis of a cohort of elderly CRC patients (aged ≥ 65 years) underwent transanal-NOSES between August 2008 and February 2022 was constructed. Data were obtained from China NOSES Database (CNDB). The primary outcomes included time to first flatus, postoperative hospital stays, 30-day postoperative complication and hospital mortality. The secondary outcomes were overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS).
The goal of this clinical trial is to examine the effects that functional training may have on the development of fundamental motor skills and to create a systematic functional training program suitable for healthy children aged 6-7 years. The main question[s] it aims to answer are: - [To examine the effects of functional training on FMS among children aged 6-7 years.] - [To compare the effects of functional training on FMS between boys and girls] This study will include an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group will engage in functional training, while the control group will follow the state-mandated physical education curriculum. Through experiments, we will investigate the effect of functional training on children's fundamental motor skills and assess whether the experimental group's intervention effect is superior to the control group. The samples in this study were normal Chinese children aged 6-7 years. There were 40 people in both the experimental and control groups, including 20 boys and 20 girls
This prospective observational study will evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of a "simple hydromorphone PCA pump model", which is a rapid titration followed by a convenient maintenance technique, to treat home cancer patients with severe or critical cancer pain or refractory cancer pain.
The goal of this post-authorization study is to describe safety and efficacy of emapalumab in treatment experienced Chinese patients with pHLH.
To evaluate the ORR (CR+PR) of R/R B-NHL subjects treated with BTKi+Anti-CD19 CAR T cells.
According to previous studies, contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) -guided Core Biopsy(GB) could improve the diagnosis of biopsy in liver and other superficial mass compared to conventional US-GB. The purpose of this randomized trial is to estimate whether CEUS-GB achieve excellent diagnostic value to conventional US-GB in percutaneous biopsy for pancreatic diseases.
A substantial proporation of patients with biliary tract malignancies still experience disease recurrence after curative resection. ctDNA-based minimal residual disease (MRD) method has been widely used to monitor postoperative recurrence in solid cancers, but few studies have been reported in biliary tract cancers. The present clinical trial aims to elucidate the correlation between the postoperative ctDNA status and the prognosis of patients with biliary tract cancers, and evaluate whether ctDNA could better predict patients' recurrence and guide clinical practice.
Due to the rising incidence of renal failure and the improvement of organ transplantation technology, the shortage of donor organs has become one of the main problems limiting the development of kidney transplantation. Marginal donor is one of the important ways to extend the donor pool. Normothermic mechanical perfusion (NMP) is a new generation of organ preservation technology, which can maintain the blood supply and at the same time evaluate the marginal kidney function during the organ preservation. However, the clinical effect has not been proved. Hypothermic Machine Perfusion (HMP) is the mainstream organ perfusion technology. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of NMP with the HMP.
The observational study aims to discover differentially expressed circRNAs in the peripheral blood of patients with postoperative delirium, which aims to answer the main questions at: Whether there are changes in circRNA expression in peripheral blood in elderly patients with delirium after cardiopulmonary bypass surgery? Whether the circRNA with altered expression plays an important role in the occurrence and development of POD? What are the functions and underlying mechanisms of circRNA with altered expression in POD? Voluntary patients will receive follow-up 1 day before and 7 days after surgery to assess their cognitive function, and peripheral blood will be collected 1 day before and 3 days after surgery. The study divided patients into POD group and non-POD group according to whether delirium occurred within 7 days after surgery.
