There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of concurrent chemoradiotherapy based of cisplatin with sintilimab as first-line therapy for patients with advanced oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma.
Inetetamab (Cipterbin) is a newly marketed anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody with amino acid modified Fc region and enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) effect. There was no robust evidence evaluating the combination of inetetamab with pertuzumab and neoadjuvant chemotherapy (paclitaxel + carboplatin) in the neoadjuvant setting. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of inetetamab + pertuzumab+paclitaxel + carboplatin (TCbIP) as a neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of patients with locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer.
This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of RD14-01, a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with ROR1+ advanced solid tumors.
The goal of this clinical trial is to compare remimazolam and etomidate in inducing quality of recovery after day surgery for laryngeal mask general anesthesia in elderly patients. The main question it aims to answer is: • The quality of postoperative recovery induced by remimazolam for laryngeal mask general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing day surgery is not inferior to that induced by etomidate Participants will be given remimazolam to induce anesthesia。 Researchers will compare etomidate to see if the quality of postoperative recovery.
A Prospective, Single-center, Single-blind, Randomized split-face, controlled trial will be conducted. The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy and satisfaction of ultrasound therapy combined with SkinCeuticals A.G.E in improving facial aging, and to explore the medical value of ultrasound therapy combined with SkinCeuticals A.G.E. Participants will be treated with ultrasound combined with SkinCeuticals A.G.E on one randomized side face and ultrasound combined with standard cream on the other side.
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues and the number of individuals with previous infection rises, numbers of SARS-CoV-2 reinfection are increasing. The second Omicron wave in Shanghai, China caused by BA.5-sublineages led to a large fraction of reinfections among BA.2 primary infections. To better understand the SARS-CoV-2 reinfection rate and clinical severity of reinfections, the investigators conducted a multi-centre cohort study. The investigators hope to provide valuable clinical evidences for reinfections and offer guidance for future policy making.
To evaluate the corneal biomechanical properties of stable eyes with abnormal morphology, and introduce a biomechanical stable index to evaluate the stability of the eyes with abnormal morphology at the first diagnosis.
The goal of this prospective multicenter clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of software-delivered cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) in Chinese patients with insomnia disorder (ID). The main questions it aims to answer are: (1) whether the software-delivered CBT-I is more effective than an online patient education (online-PE) at improving insomnia. (2) whether the software-delivered CBT-I is safe for treatment of insomnia symptoms. Participants will be randomized to receive (1) a software-delivered CBT-I using automated software called 'resleep' (one kind of digital device expected to treat insomnia targeted for Chinese patients); (2) online patient education (online-PE) about sleep. Researchers will compare the efficacy of a software-delivered CBT-I program and an online sleep education control at improving insomnia symptoms and other psychological outcomes.
1. To explore the functional changes of P-gp, CYP3A4, OATP1B and BCRP in Chinese people with renal impairment; 2. To explore the effect of dialysis on the functional changes of P-gp, CYP3A4, OATP1B and BCRP in patients with end-stage renal disease; 3. Validation of urotoxic molecules as possible biomarkers that can assess intestinal P-gp function.
The purpose of this clinical trial is to evaluate the effect of different intensities of repeated low-level red-light (RLRL) therapy on the choroidal and retinal blood flow among adults.
