Postoperative pain after laparoscopic hepatectomy is composed of multiple factors, and the peak pain of postoperative pain mainly occurs within the first 24 hours, so it is particularly important to find an appropriate analgesic method. Transversus abdominis plane block (TAPB) and Rectus sheath blocks (RSB) are widely used in abdominal surgery, but too deep a needle tip during RSB may puncture abdominal organs. TAPB and RSB can only provide somatic analgesia, but lack visceral analgesia. Recently, Erector spinae plane block (ESPB) has been used in some studies for analgesia after abdominal surgery. The purpose of this study is to compare the analgesic effect and postoperative recovery effect of erector spinae plane block and transverse abdominis plane block combined with rectus sheath block in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy. Therefore, this study has important clinical implications.

This is an open-label Phase I/II trial of simmitinib plus SG001 in patients with advanced solid tumors. Phase I will determine and confirm the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase II dose (RP2D) for simmitinib in combination with SG001 in patients with advanced solid tumors. Phase 2 (Expansion) will evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination in 3 cohorts at the RP2D from Phase I.
EBV-HLH is a rare disease with high mortality, especially for those with intestinal involvement. In order to reduce disease burden and improve survival of these patients, we conduct a prospective observational study to explore the efficacy and safety of segmental resection combined with the DEP regimen.

Nasopharyngeal cancer is common in China, Southeast Asia, and North Africa, and is usually associated with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection. Using EBV specific antibodies or EBV DNA screening can increase the proportion of patients diagnosed with early nasopharyngeal carcinoma from approximately 20% to over 70%. However, the application of nasopharyngeal carcinoma screening in clinical practice is hindered by low positive predictive values, even in areas where the EB virus is prevalent in China, the positive predictive value is only 4.8%. Therefore, there is an urgent need to identify new biomarkers or strategies with high sensitivity and positive predictive value for nasopharyngeal carcinoma screening. A study published in the Lancet sub journal 《eClinicalMedicine》 in 2023 showed that a tongue image model based on machine learning can serve as a stable diagnostic method for gastric cancer (AUC=0.89), and has been clinically validated in multiple centers. This study inspires researchers to introduce artificial intelligence machine learning technology into the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal cancer. In summary, this plan explores the establishment of tongue image machine learning models in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients to help improve the positive predictive value of nasopharyngeal carcinoma screening.
The goal of this clinical trial is to verify the efficacy of electroacupuncture in accelerating the recovery of gastrointestinal function after colorectal cancer surgery. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Whether electroacupuncture can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after colorectal cancer surgery. - Whether electroacupuncture intervention is safe for postoperative colorectal cancer patients. Participants will be randomized into 3 groups: The conventional control group will receive postoperative rehydration and nutritional support, correction of acid-base imbalance and electrolyte disturbance, anti-infection, hemostasis and other symptomatic treatments. In the electroacupuncture group, acupuncture will be performed within 6 hours after surgery on the basis of the conventional control group. Acupoint: bilateral Hegu (LI4), Zhigou (SJ6), Zusanli (ST36), Shangjuxu (ST37). Both after obtaining Qi, and unilaterally connected to the electroacupuncture instrument for electrical stimulation, the current frequency is continuous wave 5 Hz, the intensity of stimulation was as the patient tolerated, each time lasting 30 min. Acupuncture stimulation was given every 12 h. The course of treatment was terminated postoperatively until the fourth postoperative day (d0-d4) or until the patient showed the first postoperative anal exhaust or continued until the fourth day. The sham acupuncture group will based on the conventional control group, using a blunt-tipped needle tip that do not pierce the adhesive pad.
This is a prospective, single-arm, open-label study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of bronchial infusion chemotherapy(BAI) combined with drug-loaded microsphere embolization of EqualSpheres in advanced Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Progression-free survival (PFS) will be evaluated as the primary endpoint.
Immunotherapy with programmed death-1(PD-1) inhibitors is now standard therapy for first-line use in patients with driver-negative advanced NSCLC, whether as single-agent or in combination with chemotherapy. After progression of first-line immunotherapy, NSCLC patients may be treated with chemotherapy, radiotherapy or targeted therapies, among others. Recently, Immune Checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) rechallenge has become a highly anticipated option. Although the objective response rate of the ICIs rechallenge patients has decreased substantially compared with the efficacy of the first ICI treatment, nearly 50% of patients can regain disease control. Cryoablation is a minimally invasive technique that utilizes very low temperature to eliminate viable tumour cells in target tissues. It has been reported that ablation can enhance immune response. The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of toripalimab (PD-1) in combination with cryoablation in the treatment of oligometastatic driver-negative advanced NSCLC after first-line immunotherapy progress.
