(2) To evaluate the efficacy and safety of glucocorticoid combined with rituximab and cyclophosphamide as induction regimen in high-risk group and glucocorticoid combined with rituximab as induction regimen in children with ANCA-associated nephritis (AAGN) in low and middle risk group based on PARRG risk stratification

NCT ID: NCT05969262 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Head and Neck Cancer

A Bidirectional Study in Exploring the Dynamic Changes of Plasma and Urine Metabolites of Head and Neck Cancer

Start date: March 25, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Dynamic changes in the internal environment of the body are important clues for early detection, diagnosis and even cure of head and neck tumors. This project uses the combination of proteomics technology and liquid biopsy to provide more primary prevention strategies for early intervention, secondary prevention strategies for early detection and treatment, and clues for the study of the mechanism of dynamic evolution of head and neck tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05969184 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Breast Neoplasm Female

Palbociclib Combine With Anti-HER2 Therapy in Triple Positive ABC

Start date: December 25, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study is to find out that if HER-2 positive and HR positive patients could benefit from trastuzumab and pertuzumab combined with palbociclib and endocrine therapy.

NCT ID: NCT05969054 Recruiting - Epilepsy Clinical Trials

Improvement Effect of Lacosamide and Levetiracetam on Cognitive in Alzheimer's Disease Patients With Epilepsy

Start date: July 5, 2023
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Participants will perform Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR), Alzheimer's disease assessment scale-cognitive section (ADAS-Cog), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) evaluation. The patients will be randomly divided into two groups, treated with lacosamide and levetiracetam respectively, and maintained for 6 months. Researchers will compare the lacosamide group with the levetiracetam group to see if the improvement of cognitive function in the two groups.

NCT ID: NCT05968313 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Nonsuicidal Self Injury

Altered Neural Pain Empathic Reactivity in NSSI Adolescents

Start date: December 6, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Nonsuicidal self-injury (NSSI) is defined as direct, deliberate bodily harm without suicidal intention. In recent years, growing evidence suggests that NSSI has become a worldwide public health issue. People with NSSI behaviors, especially adolescents, commonly exhibit emotion-related and interpersonal problems. Pain empathy represents an essential basal domain of socio-emotional processing and refers to the ability to empathize, connect and share with others' pain. However, altered empathic processing has not been systematically examined in adolescents with NSSI. To this end, the current functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) study will recruit one group of NSSI adolescents (n=40) and one healthy control (HC) group (n=40), to compare their neural activity regarding pain empathy processing, which is measured by blood oxygenation level-dependent (BOLD) fMRI. The investigators included conditions of physical pain empathy (stimuli depicting noxious stimulation to the limbs) and affective pain empathy (stimuli depicting faces expressing pain) as well as corresponding control stimuli. The investigators hypothesize that compared to HC, NSSI adolescents show increased empathic reactivity to physical pain stimuli in salience and arousal related brain regions but decreased empathic reactivity to affective pain empathic stimuli.

NCT ID: NCT05968118 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Peripheral Artery Disease

Angiogenesis and Blood Perfusion Effect of HGF Gene Therapy in PAD Patients

Start date: July 29, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether PET/CT-RGD or MIBI can be used for the angiogenesis assessment of NL003 in PAD patients.

NCT ID: NCT05968053 Recruiting - Glioma Clinical Trials

Detection of Microplastics and Nanoplastics in Neurosurgery Patients (DT-MiNi)

DT-MiNi
Start date: September 25, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Plastic particles are a ubiquitous pollutant in the living environment and food chain, so far, plenty of studies have reported the internal exposure of microplastics and nanoplastics in human tissues and enclosed body fluids. Neurosurgery is the only department that can open the skull. In addition to blood and cerebrospinal fluid, there are brain tissue and tumors in the presence of lesions. Whether any of these microplastics and nanoplastics are present remains a mystery. This prospective observational study will harvest biological samples of neurosurgery patients. The objective of this research is to be able to detect microplastics and nanoplastics on blood and operation samples of neurosurgery patients.

NCT ID: NCT05967949 Recruiting - PTCL Clinical Trials

A Retrospective Clinical Study on the First-line Maintenance Treatment of PTCL With Chidamide.

Start date: April 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The efficacy and safety of chidamide in first-line maintenance therapy for PTCL will be assessed through a retrospective case analysis.

NCT ID: NCT05967910 Recruiting - Esophageal Cancer Clinical Trials

The Effect of Chronic Stress on Efficacy of ICIs in Esophageal Cancer Patients (STRESS-ESCA Study)

STRESS-ESCA
Start date: May 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Chronic stress refers to a special emotional state caused by unexpected stress for a long time, with an increasing incidence in the population. It can cause the body to release hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. Tumor patients often experience changes such as psychological and emotional abnormalities, decreased quality of life, and impaired social relationships. Under stimulation, patients often experience negative reactions such as anxiety or depression. Epidemiological studies have shown that stress can affect the prognosis of malignant tumors, but the effect of stress on the efficacy and prognosis of esophageal cancer is still unclear. In animal models, chronic stress leads to an increase in tissue catecholamine levels, increased tumor burden, and increased invasiveness of ovarian cancer cells in mouse models. At the same time, stress can promote tumor neovascularization in mice. However, the mechanism by which chronic stress affects the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer is currently unclear. In addition to neurohumoral factors, chronic stress can cause changes in the gut microbiota, which in turn affects the body's digestion, metabolism, and immune function. It is a key gatekeeper of the immune response to tumors. Therefore, gut microbiota as an intermediate factor may also affect the occurrence and prognosis of various types of esophageal cancer.
