This will inform regional public health strategies, such as vaccination of women of child-bearing age. It will also demonstrate the public health impact of ZIKV infection and increase the understanding of other regional infectious (e.g. cytomegalovirus) causes of microcephaly.

Clinical Trial of BAT8003 (for Injection) for Patients With Advanced Epithelial Cancer

The trial is divided into three periods. Dosing will be the first day of each cycle, 21 days per cycle. The first period is the day of first study drug delivery until the 21st day, that is, the first treatment cycle. The DLT observation, exploration of MTD, safety of single administration, tolerance and pharmacokinetics, immunity Original research will happen during this period. The second period is a 2-8 dosing cycle, with multiple doses of tolerance, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity studies, and preliminary efficacy evaluations. After a 2-4 cycle study, patients with good tolerance and no tumor progression will continue to the 5-8 cycle dosing study. The third period is to expand the study. Chinese Heart Healthy Diet for People With High Cardiovascular Risk in China (DECIDE-Diet)

The DECIDE - Diet (Diet, ExerCIse and carDiovascular hEalth - Chinese Heart Healthy Diet for People With High Cardiovascular Risk in China) is to evaluate the effects of CHH-diet in reducing blood pressure in Chinese people with high cardiovascular risk. The study will recruit 360 adults people from 4 centers in China. All eligible participants will participate in a 1-week run-in phase in which they are fed the usual Chinese diet. Participants who pass the run-in phase will be randomly assigned 1:1 to receive CHH-diet or usual diet with the use of a central concealed randomization procedure (simple randomization), stratified by center and batch. The intervention will last 28 days. Primary outcome will be the change in systolic blood pressure. The secondary outcomes include the differences between the two groups in the changes of diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, 10-year CVD risk, gut microbial community and food preference score.

Idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (INS) is one of the most common glomerular pathologies in children and corticosteroid therapy is its most effective treatment. The total duration of treatment ranges anywhere from two to six months, generally about 3 months. The main objective of our study is to test the feasibility of a shorter total duration (two months) of corticosteroid therapy in patients who show a quicker treatment response to the initial treatment.
