There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of two target delineation methods in SBRT for LAPC, so as to determine whether the target delineation method based on recurrence pattern can obtain better survival benefits.
Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of different concentrations of atropine eye drops in controlling the progression (diopter, axial length) of high myopia in young children, and to compare the compliance, adverse reaction and regression rate of different concentrations of atropine eye drops in myopia control. Intervention: Group 1 (0.01% atropine group), Group 2 (0.04% atropine group), Group 3 (0.1% atropine group). During the 2-year intervention period after entering the group, each concentration of atropine eye drops were given every night at a fixed time before going to bed, one drop each time, implemented by parents (supervision), and the wechat small program was completed.
Prostate carcinoma (PC) is common malignancy and is considered to be the highest incidence in the old males. The traditional diagnostic methods of PC present with some shortcomings. For example, the specificity of serum PSA remains low while prostate needle biopsy is invasive and false negative in some case, even causing missed diagnosis of some high risk PC, and over diagnosis of PC is not rare. Therefore, a noninvasive diagnostic method with high accuracy is urgently needed. Our previous study has proved that PROstate cancer Urine Detector (PROUD), which is able to detect chromosomal aberrations of the urine exfoliated cells, is a reliable method in diagnosing urothelial carcinoma with sensitivity and specificity of 82.5% and 96.9%, respectively. But its potential in PC diagnosis hasn't been assessed yet and the accuracy of PROUD in detecting PC need to be validated. We here intended to investigate whether PROUD can be used in PC diagnosis and further validate the accuracy of PROUD in diagnosing PC.
Acute Aortic Syndrome (AAS)/Aortic Aneurysm is a common feature of aortic wall events, including aortic dissection, intramural hematoma, aortic ulceration and aortic trauma, and occurs in up to 35 cases per 100,000 cases per year between the ages of 65 and 75 years. Increased levels of the inflammatory biomarker high-sensitivity C-reactive protein predict cardiovascular events. Since statins lower levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein as well as cholesterol, the authors hypothesized that people with acute aortic syndrome but without hyperlipidemia might benefit from statin treatment.
We are trying to determine if Clotrimazole vaginal tablets with oral Lactobacillus is better than Clotrimazole vaginal tablets in Preventing the Recurrence of vulvovaginalcandidiasis
To evaluate the effectiveness, safety and tolerability of Endostar (recombinant human endostatin) combined with AI chemotherapy in adjuvant treatment after radical resection of recurrent soft tissue sarcoma.
This is a phase Ib/II open label study. The escalation part will characterize the safety and tolerability of JDQ443 single agent and JDQ443 in combination with the other study treatments (TNO155 and tislelizumab) in advanced solid tumor patients. After the determination of the maximum tolerated dose / recommended dose for a particular treatment arm, dose expansion will assess the anti-tumor activity and further assess the safety, tolerability, and PK/PD of each regimen at the maximum tolerated dose / recommended dose or lower dose.
This Phase II study was designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of albumin paclitaxel in combination with simvastatin compared with treatment with albumin paclitaxel alone in ES-SCLC patients relapsed from first-line chemotherapy. Participants will be divided in a 1:1 ratio to receive either albumin paclitaxel (4 cycles) + simvastatin (10 months) or albumin paclitaxel (4 cycles) until progressive disease (PD) as assessed by the investigator using Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1) or symptomatic deterioration.
Based on the development of new tools, including drug coated balloon, paclitaxel eluting stent, interwoven stents, debulking tools, more challenging femoropopliteal arterial lesions have been treated with endovascular procedures. The TASC D lesion ,especially with popliteal artery involved are often excluded in prospective clinical trials. Therefore, a well-designed real world study that track clinical relevant outcomes, are required to determine the optimal therapies for patients with complex femoropopliteal lesions.
This is an open-label, phase 1/2 study has the primary objective of decitabine-primed tandem CART 19/20 in patients with B-NHL who were confirmed as r/r B cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. A total of 19 to 33 patients are planned to be enrolled and receive decitabine-primed tandem CART 19/20 cell infusion. Phase 1 (9 to 18 cases) is dose escalation part, and phase 2 (10 to 15 cases) is expansion cohort part.
