The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of botulinum toxin type A (onabotulinumtoxinA) in treating patients with idiopathic overactive bladder with urinary incontinence.
Patients who have completed the 16 weeks treatment of the CHEST-1 trial (study number 11348) will be asked to participate in this long term extension study with BAY63-2521. The aim of the long term study is to collect additional information to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BAY63-2521. Patients will be treated with open label medication on their individual optimal dose between 0,5 mg - 2,5 mg tid.
This randomized study compares three different freezing methods to store human in vitro fertilization (IVF) embryos: vitrification with two commercial kits or slow freezing. After information, all patients undergoing IVF treatment can be included in the study. If qualified, embryos at different developmental stages will be allocated between the three methods. At the end of the first year survival and developmental rates, and implantation and pregnancy rates will be analyzed in order to determine the best method.

The primary objective of this study is to determine the efficacy of peginterferon beta-1a in reducing the annualized relapse rate (ARR) in participants with relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS) at 1 year. The secondary objectives of this study are to determine whether peginterferon beta-1a, at 1 year when compared with placebo, is effective in reducing the total number of new or newly enlarging T2 hyperintense lesions on brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, reducing the proportion of participants who relapse, and slowing the progression of disability.
