NCT ID: NCT05009992 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma

Combination Therapy for the Treatment of Diffuse Midline Gliomas

Start date: October 20, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial determines if the combination of ONC201 with different drugs, panobinostat or paxalisib, is effective for treating participants with diffuse midline gliomas (DMGs). Despite years of research, little to no progress has been made to improve outcomes for participants with DMGs, and there are few treatment options. ONC201, panobinostat, and paxalisib are all enzyme inhibitors that may stop the growth of tumor cells by clocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. This phase II trial assesses different combinations of these drugs for the treatment of DMGs.

NCT ID: NCT05009875 Active, not recruiting - Osteopenia Clinical Trials

Food Trial Evaluating the Efficacy of SBD111 Versus Placebo for the Clinical Dietary Management of the Metabolic Processes of Osteopenia

Start date: December 15, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of the trial is to determine if the SYNBIOTIC (prebiotic and probiotic), provided twice daily (capsule) will help support skeletal health in otherwise healthy postmenopausal women in the early years postmenopause (1-6 years post last menstruation) over a 12-month period.

NCT ID: NCT05009394 Recruiting - Phantom Limb Pain Clinical Trials

Surgical Treatments for Postamputation Pain

Start date: June 20, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a double-blind randomised controlled trial (RCT) which compares the effectiveness of three surgical techniques for alleviating residual limb pain (RLP), neuroma pain and phantom limb pain (PLP). The three surgical treatments are Targeted Muscles Reinnervation (TMR), Regenerative Peripheral Nerve Interface (RPNI), and an active control (neuroma excision and muscle burying). Patients will be follow-up for 4 years.

NCT ID: NCT05008224 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma

Study of Safety and Efficacy of Pembrolizumab and Chemotherapy in Participants With Newly Diagnosed Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (cHL) (MK-3475-C11/KEYNOTE-C11)

KEYNOTE-C11
Start date: October 7, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) monotherapy, followed by chemotherapy, followed by pembrolizumab consolidation. The primary hypothesis of the study is that the complete response (CR) rate at the end of study intervention according to Lugano 2014 response criteria is higher than conventional chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT05007782 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

Study of GS-1811 Given Alone or With Zimberelimab in Adults With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: August 18, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human (FIH) study to evaluate the safety and tolerability and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of GS-1811 as monotherapy and in combination with zimberelimab in participants with advanced solid tumors. This study will be conducted in 6 parts (Parts A, B, and E: monotherapy, Parts C and D: combination therapy, and Part F for both monotherapy and combination therapy) in participants with advanced solid tumors who have received, been intolerant to, or been ineligible for all treatments known to confer clinical benefit or in participants with select solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05006716 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

A Dose-Escalation and Expansion Study of BGB-16673 in Participants With B-Cell Malignancies

Start date: September 13, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Study consists of two main parts to explore BGB-16673 recommended dosing, a Phase 1 monotherapy dose finding comprised of monotherapy dose escalation and monotherapy safety expansion of selected doses, and a Phase 2 (expansion cohorts)

NCT ID: NCT05006573 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-cystic Fibrosis Bronchiectasis

Efficacy and Safety of Benralizumab in Patients With Non-cystic Fibrosis Bronchiectasis

MAHALE
Start date: July 21, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicentre, randomised, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled, phase III study originally designed to test the hypothesis that benralizumab will reduce exacerbation rates compared with placebo on top of standard-of-care therapy in adult patients with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis with eosinophilic inflammation (NCFB+EI). All patients who complete the double-blind treatment period (28 to 52 weeks depending on the timing of patient randomization and when the revised CSP version 3.0 becomes effective) on investigational product (IP) may be eligible to continue into an open-label extension (OLE) period during which all patients will receive benralizumab. The revised OLE period is intended to allow patients approximately 32 weeks of treatment with open label benralizumab (24 weeks followed by a FU visit 8 weeks after the last dose of IP for a total of approximately 32 weeks).

NCT ID: NCT05006339 Recruiting - Orthodontic Relapse Clinical Trials

The Use of Remote Monitoring for Orthodontic Retention Review

Start date: December 1, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To assess whether using retainers and an artificial intelligence supported remote monitoring system maintains a more stable orthodontic treatment result than using retainers with in-office review appointments.
