NCT ID: NCT05513001 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria

An Extension Study of Long-term Efficacy, Safety and Tolerability of Remibrutinib in Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria Patients Who Completed Preceding Studies With Remibrutinib

Start date: December 9, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this extension study is to collect long-term efficacy, safety and tolerability data on remibrutinib in a selected group of participants with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) who previously completed the treatment phase of remibrutinib preceding Phase 3 studies. This study will also fulfill the Novartis commitment to provide post-trial access to participants who have completed the preceding Phase 3 studies, where applicable.

NCT ID: NCT05512611 Completed - Hypovolemia Clinical Trials

Photoplethysmography for Diagnose Incipient Hypovolemia

Start date: August 15, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Hypovolemia caused by acute bleeding increased morbi-mortality in emergency and operatin rooms. Precise real-time diagnosis of incipient acute hypovolemia is lacking at the bedside. We hypothesize that the infrared-red signals of pulse oximetry are sensitive to acute changes in patient's volemia. We aimed to test this hypothesis in a cohort of healthy blood donors as a model of simulated acute hypovolemia.

NCT ID: NCT05511701 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cardiovascular Diseases (CVD)

Preventing Ischemic Heart Disease With mHealth (Mobile Health), Electronic Decision Support and Community Health Workers

PRIMECare
Start date: October 14, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a cluster-randomized clinical trial (cRCT) designed to assess the effectiveness of a multicomponent strategy linking key aspects of the cardiovascular disease (CVD) care continuum across three provinces in Argentina using using five primary components: a data management system linking a digital mHealth (mobile health) screening tool used by community health workers (CHWs), an electronic appointment scheduler which is integrated with the clinic electronic appointment system, point of care (POCT) testing for lipids, a clinical decision support system for medication initiation, and a text message (SMS) reminder system to improve treatment adherence and life-style changes.

NCT ID: NCT05508867 Recruiting - Hodgkin Lymphoma Clinical Trials

A Study of Coformulated Favezelimab/Pembrolizumab (MK-4280A) Versus Physician's Choice Chemotherapy in PD-(L)1-refractory, Relapsed or Refractory Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (MK-4280A-008)

Start date: October 18, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to compare efficacy of coformulated favezelimab/pembrolizumab (MK-4280A) with physician's choice chemotherapy of bendamustine or gemcitabine in participants with PD-(L)1-refractory, relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin Lymphoma. The study will also assess the safety and tolerability of coformulated favezelimab/pembrolizumab. The primary study hypotheses are that coformulated favezelimab/pembrolizumab is superior to physician's choice chemotherapy with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).

NCT ID: NCT05508789 Recruiting - Alzheimer Disease Clinical Trials

A Study of Donanemab (LY3002813) in Participants With Early Symptomatic Alzheimer's Disease (TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 5)

Start date: October 10, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The reason for this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of donanemab in participants with early Alzheimer's disease. The study duration including screening and follow-up is up to 93 weeks.

NCT ID: NCT05507216 Recruiting - Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trials

ABTECT-2 - ABX464 Treatment Evaluation for Ulcerative Colitis Therapy -2

Start date: December 21, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, randomized, placebo controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ABX464 given at 25 or 50 mg QD in inducing clinical remission in subjects with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis who have inadequate response, no response, a loss of response, or an intolerance to either conventional therapies [corticosteroids, immunosuppressant (i.e. azathioprine, 6-mercaptopurine, methotrexate)] and/or advanced therapies [biologics (TNF inhibitors, anti-integrins, anti-IL-23), and/or S1P receptor modulators, and/or JAK inhibitors].

NCT ID: NCT05507203 Recruiting - Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trials

ABTECT-1 - ABX464 Treatment Evaluation for Ulcerative Colitis Therapy -1

Start date: October 10, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional
