NCT ID: NCT03729245 Terminated - Clinical trials for Renal Cell Carcinoma

A Study of Bempegaldesleukin (NKTR-214: BEMPEG) in Combination With Nivolumab Compared With the Investigator's Choice of a Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKI) Therapy (Either Sunitinib or Cabozantinib Monotherapy) for Advanced Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC)

Start date: December 18, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to compare the objective response rate (ORR) and overall survival (OS) of bempegaldesleukin (NKTR-214: BEMPEG) combined with nivolumab to that of tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) monotherapy (sunitinib or cabozantinib) in IMDC intermediate- or poor-risk patients and IMDC all-risk patients with previously untreated advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC).

NCT ID: NCT03725475 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-small-cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

A Study to Reveal the Patient Characteristics and Treatment Patterns of Stage III Non-small-cell Lung Cancer Patients

KINDLE
Start date: November 26, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This large multinational, non-interventional study (NIS), will retrospectively collect data derived from established medical records over a period of up to approximately 6 years (2013 to 2018), building a platform to capture and consolidate information on treatment patterns, Overall Survival (OS) and treatment effectiveness outcomes in the real-world setting.

NCT ID: NCT03723551 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Bone or Joint Infection

Study to Assess Safety, Tolerability and Efficacy of Afabicin in The Treatment of Participants With Bone or Joint Infection Due to Staphylococcus

Start date: February 20, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, active-controlled, open-label study to assess the safety, tolerability and efficacy of Afabicin in the treatment of participants with bone or joint infection due to Staphylococcus aureus [both methicillin-susceptible S. aureus (MSSA) and methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA)] and/or coagulase-negative staphylococci (CoNS) and to compare it to standard of care (SOC).

NCT ID: NCT03721978 Completed - Cervical Dysplasia Clinical Trials

REVEAL 2 Trial (Evaluation of VGX-3100 and Electroporation for the Treatment of Cervical HSIL)

Start date: April 9, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

HPV-303 is a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 3 study of VGX-3100 delivered intramuscularly (IM) followed by electroporation (EP) delivered with CELLECTRAâ„¢ 5PSP in adult women with histologically confirmed high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL) (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 [CIN2] or grade 3 [CIN3]) of the cervix, associated with HPV-16 and/or HPV-18.

NCT ID: NCT03721289 Completed - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

Evaluation in Real World of Molecular Testing and Treatment Patterns for EGFR Mutation in Lung Cancer Patients

PANORAMRETRO
Start date: November 29, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Evaluate molecular testing and treatment patterns for EGFR mutation in two different cohorts of stage IV NSCLC, at diagnosis (treatment naïve) and at the moment of progression to EGFR-TKIs. This study is non-indication seeking (NIS), descriptive in nature and does not attempt to test any specific a priori hypotheses.
