There are about 4010 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Argentina. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The main of the study is to describe the incidence in health personnel who present events supposedly attributed to vaccines and immunizations after having received the two components of the Sputnik V vaccine, with the information obtained thanks to the participation of health workers in actively reporting their health status.

This study is open to adults who have kidney disease that is not caused by diabetes. The purpose of the study is to find out whether a medicine called avenciguat (BI 685509) improves kidney function. Three different doses of avenciguat are tested in this study. Participants get either one of the three doses of avenciguat or placebo. It is decided by chance who gets which avenciguat dose and who gets placebo. Participants take avenciguat or placebo as tablets 3 times a day. Placebo tablets look like avenciguat tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants continue taking their usual medicine for kidney disease throughout the study. Participants are in the study for about 7 months. During this time, they visit the study site about 11 times. Where possible, about 6 of the 11 visits can be done at the participant's home instead of the study site. The trial staff may also contact the participants by phone or video call. Kidney function is assessed based on the analysis of urine samples, which participants collect at home. At the end of the trial the results are compared between the different doses of avenciguat and placebo. During the study, the doctors also regularly check the general health of the participants.
The purpose of this Phase III study is to confirm that SNG001 can accelerate the recovery of hospitalised patients receiving oxygen with confirmed Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Safety and other efficacy endpoints will also be assessed.
Older people are in great risk of hip fracture for multiple reasons. Also they often are on medications for medical conditions. Hip fracture risk increases in relation to some medications. When older peoples take 2 or more medications they are in increase risk of hip fracture.
The purpose of the study is to assess efficacy, safety and tolerability of treatment with zibotentan and dapagliflozin in combination and dapagliflozin 10 mg as monotherapy in participants with chronic kidney disease (CKD) with estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) ≥ 20 mL/min/1.73 m^2, and urinary albumin to creatinine ratio (UACR) ≥ 150 mg/g and ≤ 5000 mg/g.
This Phase III study will assess whether AZD7442 (a combination of 2 mAbs) can safely treat outpatient adults with COVID-19 and prevent either severe COVID-19 or death.
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a rare cancer caused by abnormal survival of plasma cells (blood cells). Most trial participants with MM relapse (cancer has come back) or become non- responsive to treatment and remission gets shorter after each line of treatment. This is a study to assess t(11;14) and BCL2 expression in adult participants with newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory (R/R) MM. Approximately 500 adult participants with newly confirmed or relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM) will be enrolled in around 15-20 countries. Participants will receive standard of care while participating in this study. No drug will be administered as a part of this study. Participants will attend regular visits during the course of the study at a hospital or clinic and will be asked to provide bone marrow and blood samples.
The purpose of this research is to understand if the study drug, also called sargramostim or Leukine®, can help prevent the worsening of COVID-19 when the study drug is inhaled. This study will also help researchers understand if inhaled sargramostim can help prevent visits to the emergency room or hospitalization, or death.
The purpose of this study is to assess immunogenicity and safety of MenABCWY vaccine in healthy adolescents and adults aged 15 to 25 years previously vaccinated with MenACWY vaccine
