Inclusion Criteria: - age = 18 - infiltrate on chest X-ray - further Inclusion criteria: cough or production of purulent sputum or pathologic lung auscultation (crackles) or fever Exclusion Criteria: - hospital inpatient treatment within the last 28 days - Immune suppressed patients |
