A Study Assessing the Interchangeability Between TRS003 and Bevacizumab® For CRC

This is a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized and double-blind study assessing the interchangeability between TRS003 and China-approved Bevacizumab® (also called China-approved Avastin) for first-line treatment of patients with metastatic Colorectal Cancer (CRC), approximately 126 patients will be enrolled in this study. Patients who sign the informed consent, meet the eligibility criteria and are confirmed as non-progressors after lead-in treatment period with Bevacizumab® in combination with modified FOLFOX6 chemotherapy for 6 cycles, will be randomized (1:1) to either the non-switching arm and receive Bevacizumab® + modified FOLFOX6 for all subsequent cycles or to the switching arm and receive TRS003 alternating with Bevacizumab® in combination with mFOLFOX6 until disease progression or intolerability.

A small number of colorectal cancer patients with limited oligometastases may be candidates for local treatment of metastases (e.g., resection, ablation). However, it is unclear if patients with more extensive metastatic disease benefit from local therapies to control visible metastasis. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) in combination with systemic therapy compared to systemic therapy alone on safety and efficacy in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) and ≤10 metastases.

Retrospective Analysis of Colorectal Cancer Screening Results

The purpose of this study is to retrospectively analyze colorectal cancer screening data of 40-74 year old population in Shipai Town, Dongguan City. In this study, the data of SDC2 Gene Methylation Test and Fecal Immunochemistry Test (Q-FIT) were screened from about 11,000 subjects who participated in Colorectal Cancer Screening in Shipai Town People's Livelihood Project from May 2021 to May 2022. Data from 822 subjects with positive SDC2 Gene Methylation Test and/or positive Fecal Immunochemistry Test (Q-FIT) results and with colonoscopy and/or pathological results were selected for retrospective analysis. This retrospective study evaluated the screening performance of SDC2 Gene Methylation Test and/or Fecal Immunochemistry Test (Q-FIT) for colorectal cancer using colonoscopy and/or pathological results as the clinical standard method.

Surufatinib With or Wothout Immunotherapy for Advanced Colorectal Cancer in Later Line

This is a single-center, open-label, cohort clinical study to investigate the efficacy and safety of surufatinib with or without immunotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer who failed front-line anti-angiogenic TKI therapy. Patients have to received at least a second-line standard therapy or cannot tolerate other treatments, and have previously failed anti-angiogenic TKIs therapy(including but not limited to: fruquintinib/regorafenib/anlotinib) / apatinib, and are resistant to treatment, disease progression, intolerable toxicity or no continued benefit as assessed by investigator after therapy). Patients who met the eligibility criteria are randomized 1:2 into two cohorts (cohort 1: surufatinib, cohort 2: surufatinib plus immunotherapy) to receive treatment until disease progression, death, unacceptable toxicity, withdrawal of consent by the patient, or decision by the treating physician that discontinuation would be in the patient's best interest. The primary study endpoint was PFS(progression free survival).
