Filter by:This is a prospective, single-center, single-arm phase II clinical trial. This study aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability of stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) in combination with Sintilimab, and to examine the impact of the combination therapy on tumor control, long-term survival and quality of life in patients with microsatellite stable (MSS) oligometastatic colorectal cancer. A total of 60 MSS oligometastatic colorectal cancer patients will be recruited and receive multisite SABR followed by immunotherapy of Sintilimab within one week from completion. Sintilimab will be given at a fixed dose of 200mg (100mg if weight < 50 kg) via intravenous infusion on the first day of each cycle, repeated every three weeks. The dosing will continue for up to two years until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity or patient withdrawal. The tumor regression, disease control, adverse events and long-term survival will be analyzed.
The investigators propose a phase II clinical trial with the objective to investigate the potential clinical interest to associate regorafenib with a metronomic chemotherapy combining capecitabine, cyclophosphamide and low-dose aspirin, for the treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. The main objective of the study will be to achieve 15% of objective response rate in patients treated with multimodal metronomic chemotherapy and regorafenib.
The investigators hypothesize that an increase in dietary fiber intake during radiation therapy may provide better long-term intestinal health for the cancer survivor. If the hypothesis is not correct, the increased intake may only mean an increase in acute side effects. All participants are advised to consume at least 16 g of dietary fiber/day via food. In addition, participants are invited to take capsules that together contain either 5.5 g of dietary fiber from psyllium husk or placebo.
Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (CRwNP) is an inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa. It is presented with severe stuffiness, nasal discharge, facial pressure/pain, and sleep disorders. It leads to severe inconvenience to social life and the quality of life. The first step standard medical therapy consists of the topical intranasal or systemic corticosteroids. Surgery should be considered in the case of medical treatment failure. However, the recurrences are common after both surgery and medical therapies in severe disease and usually require revision surgeries or high dose corticosteroid regimens. On the contrary, either the revision surgeries or the high dose corticosteroid therapies are not capable of preventing the recurrences, treatment failures. Besides, revision surgeries usually lead to high complication rates and high dose corticosteroids usually cause severe adverse effects. The use of the short course topical intranasal corticosteroids after the surgery is generally advocated for these patients. However, the recurrence rates are still high. Hence a new and effective maintenance treatment algorithm with no severe adverse effects is required. The hypothesis of the clinical trial is an estimated symptom recovery and superiority in both efficacy and safety by the use of low-dose methylprednisolone or methotrexate as compared to the standard maintenance therapy in treatment-resistant CRwNP patients. Therefore, the results of the present study are believed to provide data on novel maintenance therapy and suggest an alternative to the topical intranasal corticosteroids or the high-risk revision surgery.

QL1101 is a biosimilar of bevacizumab (Avastin) produced and provided by Qilu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which has been marketed in China.It's a humanized monoclonal IgG1 antibody prepared by recombinant DNA technology. By binding to human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), it inhibits the binding of VEGF to its receptor, blocks the signal transduction pathway of angiogenesis, and inhibits tumor cell growth. Be produced and provided by Shanghai Junshi Bioscience Co., Ltd. ,JS001(Tripleitriumab) is the first China-developed humanized monoclonal antibody against programmed death 1 (PD-1) approved for marketing in China. Antiangiogenic drugs combined with PD-1 monoclonal antibodies may reverse the insensitivity of pMMR/MSS refractory colorectal cancer to PD-1 inhibitors. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of the subjects who given the combination therapy.

The prognosis of patients with metastatic right-sided colon cancer is worse than that of patients with metastatic left-sided cancer. Different guidelines have different recommendations on specific conversion therapy for colorectal liver metastases. The United States NCCN guidelines do not recommend standard chemotherapy combined with anti EGFR monoclonal antibody for patients with right colon cancer. The European ESMO guidelines recommend that patients with Ras / BRAF wild-type right-sided colon cancer should first consider three drugs ± bevacizumab, but considering the objective response rate results, standard chemotherapy + anti EGFR monoclonal antibody is still one of the choices. China CSCO guidelines recommend standard chemotherapy ± bevacizumab, and also recommend standard chemotherapy + cetuximab for patients with right-sided colon cancer. Therefore, the targeted therapy for RAS / BRAF wild-type metastatic right colon cancer is still controversial. Therefore, we are ready to carry out the clinical trial of cetuximab and bevacizumab in conversion therapy for RAS / BRAF wild-type metastatic right colon cancer. The conversion resection rate is the primary point, and the objective response rate, perioperative safety and long-term survival are the secondary points.
