View clinical trials related to Colorectal Neoplasms.
Filter by:Data from a prior phase II study of single agent cabozantinib in metastatic, refractory colorectal cancer (NCT03542877) combined with the compelling preclinical data in colorectal mouse models utilizing cabozantinib combined with nivolumab have led to this concept for a clinical trial to combine cabozantinib and nivolumab in patients with metastatic MSS CRC in the third line setting and beyond.
Patients suspected of adenomatous polyposis were included. The criteria used were more than 10 polyps observed under colonoscopy, and pathological confirmation of adenoma. Clinical data and pedigree information were collected. The variants of 139 genes associated with different hereditary cancers and polyposis were screened by NGS, which was performed by Genetron Health on the HiSeqX-ten sequencing platform.
In order to control the incidence of colorectal cancer, improve the level of early diagnosis and early warning the occurrence of colorectal cancer, it is very necessary for us to explore the threshold value of FIT positive judgment in line with the Chinese population, and further contribute to the establishment of a colorectal cancer screening pathway suitable for Chinese healthy population
The primary objectives of the study are: - To longitudinally characterize the long-term effectiveness of DUPIXENT® through assessment of patient-reported symptoms, Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) related to Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (CRSwNP) and other type 2 comorbidities, and their change over-time. - To characterize patients who receive DUPIXENT® for CRSwNP in a real-world setting with respect to their medical history, demographic and disease characteristics, and type 2 comorbidities The secondary objectives of the study are: - To characterize real-world utilization of DUPIXENT® for patients with CRSwNP - To collect patient and physician global assessment of disease severity and treatment satisfaction for patients receiving DUPIXENT® for CRSwNP - To collect long-term safety data for patients receiving DUPIXENT® for CRSwNP
The purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, LY3537982, is safe and effective in cancer patients who have a specific genetic mutation (KRAS G12C). Patients must have already received or were not able to tolerate the standard of care, except for specific groups who have not had cancer treatment. The study will last up to approximately 4 years.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the preliminary efficacy and safety of NIS793 and other novel investigational combinations with standard of care (SOC) anti-cancer therapy vs SOC anti-cancer therapy for the second line treatment of mCRC. This study aims to explore whether different mechanisms of action may reverse resistance and improve responsiveness to the currently considered SOC anti-cancer therapy in the second line metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) setting.
Retinal microvascularization can provide important informations to systemic vascular phenomena. The non-invasive quantitative description of the retinal vascularization is now possible by performing OCT-angiography and their image analysis software (vascular density and retinal perfusion). Systemic microvacular changes during the establishment of oncological treatment by targeted antiangiogenic therapy are little described in the literature. The objective of this pilot study is to describe the evolution of the retinal vascular density of patients with antiangiogenic drugs. In addition, the evolution of the retinal vascular density of patients on antiangiogenic drugs will study as a function of the response to the treatment and the toxicity of these treatments.
The purpose of this post-trial access (PTA) program is to provide guselkumab to participants with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP) who are experiencing clinical benefit after completing 48 weeks of treatment in Study CNTO1959COR1001.
This is a prospective, single-center, single-arm phase II clinical trial. This study aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability of stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) in combination with Fruquintinib and Tislelizumab, and to examine the impact of the combination therapy on tumor control, long-term survival and quality of life in patients with Metastatic colorectal cancer. A total of 68 metastatic colorectal cancer patients who have failed the first-line standard treatment, will be recruited and receive multisite SABR(8-12 Gy, 4-5 times) followed by fruquintinib(5mg, qd) and tislelizumab(200mg, q3w) within two weeks from completion. The overall response rate (ORR), disease control rate(DCR), progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival(OS) will be analyzed.
The aim of the study is to evaluate whether the preoperative level of myeloid-derived suppressor cells is associated with postoperative complications classified by Clavien-Dindo categories. Levels of all MDSC, polymorphonuclear MDSC (PMNMDSC), monocytic MDSC (MMDSC), early-stage MDSC (EMDSC) and monocytic to polymorphonuclear MDSC ratio (M/PMN MDCS) were established and compared in patients with postoperative complications, severe postoperative complications (>= IIIA according to Clavien-Dindo) and severe septic complications.
