NCT ID: NCT02575547 Completed - Malnutrition Clinical Trials

Effect of Chemoradiotherapy on Nutritional Status in Advanced NPC Patients

Start date: June 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is an prospective,open-label, none-interventional, observational, multicenter phase II clinical trial. The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by concurrent chemoradiation therapy(CCRT) on nutritional status in locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) patients, analyse the changes of patients' nutrition status during the treatment and the connection between nutrition changes and curative effects, evaluate nutritional risks under the neoadjuvant chemotherapy and CCRT and provide data and basis for further study。

NCT ID: NCT02575404 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

GR-MD-02 Plus Pembrolizumab in Melanoma, Non-small Cell Lung Cancer, and Squamous Cell Head and Neck Cancer Patients

Start date: May 16, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study is a dose escalation of GR-MD-02 with the standard therapeutic dose of pembrolizumab in patients with advanced melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, and head and neck squamous cell cancer.

NCT ID: NCT02575222 Completed - Clinical trials for Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

Study of Neoadjuvant Nivolumab in Patients With Non-metastatic Stage II-IV Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

Start date: February 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the use of nivolumab before surgery in patients with high-risk clear cell renal cell carcinoma who are eligible for nephrectomy. Nivolumab is an antibody that may help activate the immune system by blocking the function of an inhibitory molecule, Programmed cell death-1 (PD-1).

NCT ID: NCT02573259 Completed - MELANOMA Clinical Trials

A Dose Escalation Study Of PF-06801591 In Melanoma, Head And Neck Cancer (SCCHN), Ovarian, Sarcoma, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Urothelial Carcinoma or Other Solid Tumors

Start date: February 10, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Protocol B8011001 is a Phase 1, open-label, multi-center, multiple-dose, dose escalation and expansion, safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) study of PF-06801591 in previously treated adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic melanoma, SCCHN, ovarian carcinoma, sarcoma, NSCLC, urothelial carcinoma or other solid tumors. This is a 2 Part study whereby the safety and tolerability of increasing dose levels of intravenous (IV) or subcutaneous (SC) PF-06801591 was assessed in Part 1. Part 2 expansion is designed to further evaluate the safety and efficacy of SC PF-06801591 in patients with NSCLC or urothelial carcinoma as well as confirm the recommended Phase 2 dose.

NCT ID: NCT02565758 Completed - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumors

ABBV-085, an Antibody Drug Conjugate, in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: September 18, 2015
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label dose escalation study designed to evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics of ABBV-085 and determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (as monotherapy or in combination with standard therapies) in subjects with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT02564614 Completed - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Hepatocellular

A Study of Hypoxia-inducible Factor 1a (HIF1A) Messenger Ribonucleic Acid (mRNA) Antagonist (RO7070179), to Demonstrate Proof-of-mechanism in Adult Participants With Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

Start date: May 2, 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This open-label study will demonstrate proof-of-mechanism of HIF1A inhibition by a decrease of HIF1A mRNA after intravenous (IV) infusion of RO7070179 in participants with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who have failed at least one line of systemic therapy. This will be a single arm study and all participants will receive RO7070179, 13 milligram per kilogram per week (mg/kg/week), 2-hour IV infusion on Days 1 and 4 during Week 1 of Cycle 1, followed by once weekly in 6 week cycle. Treatment with RO7070179 will be continued until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.

NCT ID: NCT02564263 Completed - Clinical trials for Esophageal Carcinoma

Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Investigator's Choice Standard Therapy for Participants With Advanced Esophageal/ Esophagogastric Junction Carcinoma That Progressed After First-Line Therapy (MK-3475-181/KEYNOTE-181)

Start date: December 1, 2015
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

In this study, participants with advanced or metastatic adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus or Siewert type I adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction (EGJ) that had progressed after first-line standard therapy were randomized to receive either pembrolizumab (MK-3475) OR the Investigator's choice of standard chemotherapy with paclitaxel, docetaxel, or irinotecan. The primary study hypothesis was that treatment with pembrolizumab would prolong overall survival (OS) as compared to treatment with standard chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT02563002 Completed - Clinical trials for Colorectal Carcinoma

Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) vs Standard Therapy in Participants With Microsatellite Instability-High (MSI-H) or Mismatch Repair Deficient (dMMR) Stage IV Colorectal Carcinoma (MK-3475-177/KEYNOTE-177)

Start date: November 30, 2015
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

In this study, participants with stage IV Microsatellite Instability-High (MSI-H) or Mismatch Repair Deficient (dMMR) colorectal carcinoma (CRC) will be randomly assigned to receive either pembrolizumab or the Investigator's choice of 1 of 6 standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy regimens for the treatment of advanced colorectal carcinoma. The primary study hypothesis is that pembrolizumab will prolong progression-free survival (PFS) or overall survival (OS) compared to current SOC chemotherapy.
