View clinical trials related to Carcinoma, Renal Cell.
Filter by:This study will be comparing tivozanib in combination with nivolumab to tivozanib alone in subjects with advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) who have had 1 or 2 prior lines of therapy, one of which was an Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor (ICI).
The primary research purpose is to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of 68Ga-PSMA PET in metastatic lesions of locally advanced and advanced renal cell carcinoma, and to compare with that of enhanced CT. The second purpose is to evaluate whether 68Ga-PSMA PET can change the treatment decision of patients with locally advanced and advanced renal cell carcinoma
The primary objective of this study, sponsored by Travera in Massachusetts, is to validate whether the mass response biomarker has potential to predict response of patients to specific therapies or therapeutic combinations using isolated tumor cells from varying cancers and biopsy formats.
This phase II trial studies the effects of combination therapy with bevacizumab, erlotinib, and atezolizumab in treating patients with hereditary leiomyomatosis and kidney cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. They work by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumors. This may slow the growth and spread of tumors. Erlotinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of a protein called EGFR that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of cancer cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Combination therapy with bevacizumab, erlotinib, and atezolizumab may stabilize or shrink advanced hereditary leiomyomatosis and kidney cancer.
This Phase II trial will evaluate progression-free survival after Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy to oligoprogressive (1-5) lesions in metastatic renal cell carcinoma patients on any immune checkpoint inhibitor-containing regimen with last dose of systemic therapy within 3 months prior to trial enrollment.
This is an experimental study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of CAR T cells targeting CAIX in the treatment of advanced renal cancer.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of orally administered TT-10 in subjects with advanced selected solid tumors. The dose escalation portion of the study will determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TT-10.
This clinical trial studies the effects of occupational therapy fatigue management in patients with renal cell cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Many patients diagnosed with cancer experience cancer-related fatigue. These patients that are also on immunotherapy can experience added distressing fatigue that impacts their daily lives. Occupational therapy uses a client-centered and holistic approach to work collaboratively with patients to assess fatigue and develop strategies to manage each individual's specific needs. Fatigue-based management is a fundamental component of occupational therapy rehabilitation regimens. This trial may help patients address and reduce their fatigue.
This study will explore the ability of patients on first line combination immunotherapy to sample cytokines at home. The data from this study will be used to evaluate the feasibility of in-home testing and the ability to analyse patients cytokine profiles retrospectively to help feed the development of further studies.
In patients with recurrent or metastatic renal cell carcinoma, a preliminary evaluation of the safety and efficacy of sintilimab combined with axitinib in patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma was conducted.Progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), disease control rate (DCR) and disease remission rate (ORR) were evaluated.
