Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a descriptive observational study, in which data are collected in an epidemiological fashion and prospective. This study does not intend to intervene the current medical practice of the recruited patients.

NCT ID: NCT05987345 Recruiting - NSCLC Clinical Trials

Trial of Pulsed Electric Field Therapy in Patients With Late-stage Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: July 6, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to verify the safety and clinical benefit of pulsed electric field(PEF) treatment of metastatic non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients with acquired resistance to anti programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1) monoclonal antibody therapy. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Safety of PEF treatment of metastatic NSCLC patients. - Control of ablated and other targeted lesions. - Local and peripheral immunoregulation effect. PEF energy will be delivered to preselected lesions of participants, then anti PD-1 will be routinely administrated if no adverse event(AE)/serious adverse event(SAE) which need medical intervention occurs.

NCT ID: NCT05984277 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Global Study of Volrustomig (MEDI5752) Plus Chemotherapy Versus Pembrolizumab Plus Chemotherapy for Participants With Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer.

eVOLVE-Lung02
Start date: October 24, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of eVOLVE-Lung02 is to test the effectiveness (efficacy) and measure the safety of volrustomig in combination with chemotherapy compared with pembrolizumab in combination with chemotherapy as 1L treatment in participants with mNSCLC in PD-L1 < 50%.

NCT ID: NCT05983432 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Study to Evaluate BL-B01D1 in Patients With Metastatic or Unresectable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and Other Solid Tumors

Start date: August 8, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of BL-B01D1 in patients with Metastatic or Unresectable Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and Other Solid Tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05983133 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Non-Small-Cell Lung

A Study of SGN-EGFRd2 in Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: November 14, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study will test the safety of a drug called SGN-EGFRd2 in participants with advanced solid tumors. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Participants will have cancer that cannot be removed (unresectable) or has spread through the body (metastatic). This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much SGN-EGFRd2 should be given to participants. Part C will use the dose found in parts A and B to find out how safe SGN-EGFRd2 is and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers.

NCT ID: NCT05975073 Recruiting - Clinical trials for MTAP-null Solid Tumors

A Phase 1/2 Study of AMG 193 in Combination With IDE397 in Participants With Advanced Methylthioadenosine Phosphorylase (MTAP)-Null Solid Tumors

Start date: July 27, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The main aims of this study are to evaluate the safety and tolerability, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or the recommended combination dose of AMG 193 in combination with IDE397 in adult participants with metastatic or locally advanced MTAP-null solid tumors, and to evaluate the preliminary anti-tumor activity of AMG 193 in combination with IDE397 in adult participants with metastatic or locally advanced MTAP-null Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).

NCT ID: NCT05974475 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Lung Neoplasm Malignant

MONDRIAN: Multi-omics Integrative Modelling for Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy in Early-stage Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

MONDRIAN
Start date: September 11, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) is a form of high-precision radiotherapy playing a major role in patients diagnosed with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSLCL), especially when surgery cannot be performed. It is a non-invasive, well-tolerated treatment, with an excellent ability to control disease recurrence. However, in some patients, disease response is suboptimal: understanding why this happens may open doors to more aggressive approaches, such as the combination with systemic therapies. Hence, the goal of this observational trial is to understand which clinical, imaging, and biological factors are associated with response to SBRT through the development of complex models. In other words, the main question it aims to answer is: "Will this patient respond to radiation treatment based on the characteristics of their disease?". Participants will be treated according to the best clinical practice standards, in agreement with international, national, and internal guidelines. Researchers will compare data collected from patients treated with SBRT with those collected from a similar group of patients, who will be treated with surgery, to see which factors are actual predictors of response to SBRT, or rather are indicators of more or less aggressive disease behavior.

NCT ID: NCT05974007 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Neoadjuvant Treatment Real-world Clinical Outcomes in NSCLC

NeoR-World
Start date: January 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Despite the clinical success of immune checkpoint blockade (ICB), in neoadjuvant setting, there is still a lack of valid data for operable NSCLC in the real world. This study aim to compare the clinical outcomes (pathologic response rate versus survival) of neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the real world, to explore the impact of clinicopathological factors on clinical outcomes in neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy setting, and to identify potential neoadjuvant immunochemotherapy beneficiaries.

REZILIENT3
Start date: June 30, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of zipalertinib in combination with standard first-line platinum-based chemotherapy compared to chemotherapy alone, in patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with EGFR ex20ins mutations.

NCT ID: NCT05970913 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

PET-CT Predicting Segement Specific Lymph Nodes Metastasis

Start date: November 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study is a multicenter prospective clinical study that aims to evaluate the predictive value of preoperative PET-CT results (such as SUV uptake, size of tumor lymph nodes, and differences in FDG uptake compared to surrounding tissues) for lymph node metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. During surgery, all patients underwent systematic mediastinal lymph node dissection. The final pathological results were used to assess the predictive value of PET-CT for segment-specific lymph node metastasis.
