NCT ID: NCT03769805 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Clinical Study of Anlotinib in Maintenance Treatment of Advanced NSCLC

CSOAIMTOAN
Start date: June 15, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Based on the need of clinical practice of maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC and the reliable data of third-line treatment for non-small cell lung cancer, the investigators designed a clinical study of antinil hydrochloride versus pemetrexed in maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC to prospectively evaluate the efficacy of antinil hydrochloride in maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC. Value, to provide a scientific basis for prolonging the survival time of patients with advanced NSCLC, improving the quality of life of patients in the course of treatment, and optimizing treatment strategies to a greater extent.

NCT ID: NCT03769129 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of Pembrolizumab Combined With MWA for Advanced NSCLC

Start date: November 1, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, randomized, single clinical study designed to evaluate its safety and efficacy by using Microwave Ablation combine with Pembrolizumab in patients with Stage ⅢB-Ⅳ Non-small Cell Lung.Cancer (NSCLC) who failed with first-line therapy.

NCT ID: NCT03769103 Recruiting - Brain Metastases Clinical Trials

Study of Osimertinib + SRS vs Osimertinib Alone for Brain Metastases in EGFR Positive Patients With NSCLC

Start date: March 19, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This open-label, multicenter, randomized phase II study will evaluate the usage of osimertinib alone for brain metastases compared to SRS and osimertinib in patients with newly diagnosed, treatment naiive EGFR positive lung cancer.

NCT ID: NCT03765775 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Anlotinib Plus Sintilimab for NSCLC Patients With First-generation EGFR-TKIs Drug Resistance Along With T790M Negative

Start date: November 20, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an efficacy and safety study of Anlotinib combined with Sintilimab (IBI 308) in participants with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have received first-generation EGFR-TKIs resistance along with T790M negative.

NCT ID: NCT03755869 Recruiting - Non-squamous NSCLC Clinical Trials

Study of Anlotinib in Non-squamous NSCLC Patients Who Failed First-Line(ALTER-L020)

Start date: November 29, 2018
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Anlotinib is a multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor in domestic research and development. It can inhibit the angiogenesis related kinase, such as VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, and tumor celltebiz related kinase -c-Kit kinase. In the phase III study, Patients who failed at least two kinds of systemic chemotherapy (third line or beyond) or drug intolerance were treated with anlotinib (12mg, po. qd. on day 1to14 of a 21-day cycle) or placebo, the anlotinib group PFS and OS were 5.37 months and 9.63 months, the placebo group PFS and OS were 1.4 months and 6.3 months.

NCT ID: NCT03749213 Recruiting - Clinical trials for EGF-R Positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Icotinib as Neoadjuvant Therapy in EGFR-mutant Stage ⅢA-N2 Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: December 1, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Icotinib as neoadjuvant in EGFR-mutant Stage ⅢA-N2 Non-small Cell Lung Cancer which can be potentially radical treated by surgery.

NCT ID: NCT03742687 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Stage IV Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Heterogeneously Hypofractionated Radiotherapy for Locally Advanced NSCLC

Start date: November 22, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The options for patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who are not candidates for a standard definitive chemoradiotherapy regime are meagre. These are patients who are not fit for a chemoradiotherapy schedule of 66 Gy in 2 Gy fractions due to either tumour extent, resulting in excessive dose to the healthy tissue in the thorax, or with performance status not supporting seven weeks of intensive treatment. The aim is to study the efficiency as well as the safety of a new treatment option of heterogeneously hypofractionated radiotherapy for patients with locally advanced NSCLC who are not candidates for standard, high-dose chemoradiotherapy, either due to excessive irradiation of normal tissue (defined as category A patients) or due to fragility of the patient (category B patients).

NCT ID: NCT03740503 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Genomic Investigation of Unusual Responders

GENIUS
Start date: November 1, 2013
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Studies have shown that tumors from the same patient may respond very differently to the same therapeutic agents. This study aims to investigate the genetic basis of tumors that respond abnormally well or poorly to therapeutic agents in an effort to understand the fundamental genetic basis of this response. The present protocol seeks to retrospectively perform Exome, next-generation (DNA) sequencing and/or other molecular techniques on tumor samples to identify the genetic basis of a patient's exceptional response to chemotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT03735095 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Small Cell Lung Carcinoma

Endobronchial Ultrasound Guided Interstitial Photodynamic Therapy in Treating Patients With Locally Advanced Lung Cancer

Start date: February 12, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This Phase I/Il studies the side effects of endobronchial ultrasound guided interstitial photodynamic therapy work in treating patients with lung cancer that has spread to nearby tissues or lymph nodes. Photodynamic therapy consists of injecting a light sensitive drug called a photosensitizer, such as porfimer sodium, into the vein, waiting for it to accumulate in the tumor, and then activating it with a red laser light. Giving photodynamic therapy with Porfimer sodium may reduce the tumor size in patients with lung cancer.

Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Anlotinib in combination with Docetaxel versus Docetaxel in patients with advanced non-small lung cancer after failure of first-line Chemotherapy .
