NCT ID: NCT02586285 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Effect of S-Adenosyl Methionine Treatment on Recurrence After Curative Resection of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Start date: June 2015
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to explore the effect of S-Adenosyl Methionine on recurrence after curative resection of Hepatocellular Carcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT02580929 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Hepatocellular

Clinical Study of Effectiveness of Radiotherapy Before Surgery in High-risk Relapse Hepatocellular Cancer Patients

Start date: October 2014
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of radiotherapy before surgery in high-risk relapse hepatocellular cancer patients.

NCT ID: NCT02562963 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of NKT Cell Infusion in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumor

Start date: November 2015
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Natural killer T (NKT) cells are a unique subset of lymphocytes that present a mixed T-NK phenotype. Our hypothesis is that Natural killer T cells may decrease the tumor burden and improve overall survival. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Natural killer T (NKT) cells are effective and safe in the treatment of patients with unresectable advanced solid tumor.

NCT ID: NCT02556619 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Hepatocellular

Randomized Control Trial (RCT) of Early Palliative Care for HCC

Start date: April 2, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate the effect of early palliative care consultation on quality of life, use of hospital resources, end-of-life care and survival among Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) patients with advanced End Stage Live Disease not eligible for potentially curative or local area therapy. Half of patients will receive early palliative care at diagnosis of HCC and other half will receive palliative care when all standard therapy treatments have been exhausted.

NCT ID: NCT02550613 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Evaluation of Treatment Response With Integrated MRI/PET in Patients With Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Start date: May 2014
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to explore the ability of integrated MRI/PET to detect and evaluate treatment outcome in HCC patients.

NCT ID: NCT02537158 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Sorafenib and TACE as Adjuvant Therapy for MVI in HCC Patients After Radical Resection

Start date: August 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is a prospective non-randomized controlled study. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the validity and safety of sorafenib and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for microvascular invasion (MVI) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients after radical surgery.

NCT ID: NCT02534961 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Prophylactic Antibiotics Before RFA for HCC

Start date: January 2015
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This randomized prospective study aims to investigate whether prophylactic administration of antibiotics has an influence on inflammatory markers, liver function test results, or the incidence of post-procedural infection in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) undergoing radiofrequency ablation (RFA).

NCT ID: NCT02529761 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

TACE With or Without Sorafenib in Intermediate Stage Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Start date: August 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This multicenter prospective nonrandomized study is to evaluate the efficacy of TACE combined with sorafenib compared with TACE monotherapy in term of overall survival in intermediate-stage HCC.

NCT ID: NCT02525965 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

The Influence of Resection Margin on the Recurrence of Early-stage Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Start date: August 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Before the surgery, the investigators predict the risk of microvascular invasion (MVI) presence for the early-stage hepatocellular carcinoma according to the nomogram the investigators have created. Patients with a high risk of microvascular invasion were randomly chose to give the treatment of a wide resection margin, which establish an individualized anti-recurrence program based on the high-grade evidence-based medicine.

NCT ID: NCT02525952 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Treatment for Patients With Multiple Hepatocellular Carcinomas Based on the NDR Scoring System

Start date: October 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this study is to establish a selection criteria of hepatectomy for patients with multiple hepatocellular carcinomas based on the NDR Scoring System
