Filter by:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) in combination with PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitors and molecular target therapies in patients with Intermediate-stage hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
This is a two-arm, parallel-group randomized clinical trial. Routine perioperative care would be performed in volunteers with primary Hepatocellular carcinoma. The study will enroll approximately 500 volunteers to compare the progression-free or overall survival in patients undergoing elective partial hepatectomy for primary liver tumors between propofol and sevoflurane for the maintenance of anesthesia.
This phase II trial tests whether yttrium Y 90 glass microspheres, atezolizumab, and cabozantinib work to shrink tumors in patients with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced). Yttrium Y 90 glass microspheres consists of millions of microscopic glass spheres containing yttrium-90, a radioactive substance. Yttrium Y 90 glass microspheres are delivered to the tumor in the liver through a catheter in an artery. Radiation from the Yttrium-90 helps treat the tumor. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. The combination of yttrium Y 90 glass microspheres, atezolizumab, and cabozantinib may kill more tumor cells.
This is single center, open-label phase I/II, non-randomized study which will enroll patients with recurrent advanced hepatocellular carcinoma to evaluate the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of fully human B7H3 CAR-T in treating hepatocellular carcinoma.
A study to evaluate efficacy and safety of transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) in combination with Camrelizumab and Rivoceranib (Apatinib) therapy in patients with incurable hepatocellular carcinoma.
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of AK104 plus lenvatinib combined with on-demand TACE in participants with unresectable, non-metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma
Evaluate efficacy and safety of ADI-PEG 20 in patients with high-argininephenotypic and HCC
This study was designed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with Apatinib and Camrelizumab (treatment group) versus Apatinib and Camrelizumab (control group) for C-staged Hepatocellular Carcinoma in BCLC classification. The primary outcome measure is to evaluate the progression-free-survival (PFS) of treatment group and control group for C-staged Hepatocellular Carcinoma in BCLC classification. The secondary Outcome measures include the overall survival (OS), time to progress (TTP), time-to-response (TTR), duration of response (DOR), objective response rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR) of treatment group and control group for C-staged Hepatocellular Carcinoma in BCLC classification. Moreover, this study aims to assess the safety and tolerability of treatment group and control group for C-staged Hepatocellular Carcinoma in BCLC classification.
This is a phase II, open-label study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Durvalumab plus Lenvatinib as first-line treatment in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma.
This is a single center, non-randomized, open, multi-cohort clinical, exploratory Phase II study, to evaluate the efficacy and safety of HAIC combined with TQB2450 and anlotinib as adjuvant therapy in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients at high risk of recurrence after resection.
