Filter by:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long term safety and tolerability of fostamatinib in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of golimumab (CNTO 148) in patients who have active juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and at least 5 joints with active arthritis that have poor response to methotrexate.
Primary Objective: - Demonstrate that sarilumab (SAR153191/REGN88) on top of methotrexate [MTX] is superior in efficacy to placebo for the relief of signs and symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis [RA], in patients with active RA who have failed up to 2 Tumor Necrosis Factor α [TNF-α] antagonists. Secondary Objectives: - Assess the safety of sarilumab; - Document the pharmacokinetic profile of sarilumab.
The primary purpose of this study is to help answer if LY2127399 is safe and effective during long-term treatment in participants with Rheumatoid Arthritis. This study is comprised of 2 periods: Period 1: Unblinded treatment for up to 240 weeks for participants who enroll from Study H9B-MC-BCDO (BCDO) (NCT01202760) or Study H9B-MC-BCDV (BCDV) (NCT01202773) or up to 168 weeks for participants who enroll from Study H9B-MC-BCDM (BCDM) (NCT01198002). Period 2: 48-week post-treatment follow-up
The primary purpose of this study is to help answer if LY2127399 is safe and effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in participants with an inadequate response to one or more tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) inhibitors. This study is comprised of 2 periods: Period 1: 24-week blinded treatment Period 2: 48-week post-treatment follow-up
The primary purpose of this study is to help answer if LY2127399 is safe and effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis while on a background treatment of methotrexate. This study is comprised of 3 periods: Period 1: 52-week blinded treatment Period 2: additional 48-week unblinded treatment Period 3: 48-week post-treatment follow-up
This observational study will assess the efficacy and safety of MabThera/Rituxan (Rituximab) in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response or are intolerant to anti-TNF therapy. Data will be collected from patients initiated on MabThera/Rituxan therapy according to standard of care in routine clinical practice. For each patient data will be collected for 92 weeks.
The purpose of this study is to monitor the performance of the DePuy PROXIMA™ hip in the treatment of patients with hip joint disease requiring a total hip replacement. Patients who enter the study will be evaluated at regular intervals following hip surgery using patient, clinical and x-ray assessments.
This randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, parallel group study will assess the efficacy and safety of rituximab [MabThera/Rituxan] in patients with severe active rheumatoid arthritis refractory to at least one anti-TNF treatment, using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the hand for efficacy measurement. Patients will be randomized to receive 2 intravenous infusions 14 days apart of either 1000mg MabThera (group A) or placebo (group B). All patients will receive methotrexate 10-25mg weekly. Patients in group A demonstrating clinical response at week 24 may receive further cycles of MabThera, patients in group B without clinical response will also be treated with active MabThera. Anticipated time on study treatment is up to 2 years. Target sample size is <50 patients.
This is an efficacy and safety study of 3 doses (2.5 mg, 5 mg and 10mg) of tanezumab administered subcutaneously versus placebo. This study will also compare a subcutaneous (SC) administration of 10 mg of tanezumab) with an intravenous (IV) administration of 10 mg of tanezumab. Each person will receive an IV infusion and a SC infusion. The study will last 16 weeks for those who wish to enter a 64-week extension study or 24 weeks for those who do not.
