Filter by:This is a first-in-human, phase I/Ib clinical research study with BEZ235, an inhibitor of phosphatidylinositol 3'-kinase (PI3K). The study consists of a dose escalation part followed by a safety dose expansion part: Dose escalation part (advanced solid tumors, including patients with breast cancer being treated with trastuzumab): Patients receive oral BEZ235 once daily on days 1-28 of the first course. Courses will repeat every 28 days in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Cohorts of at least 3 patients receive escalating doses of BEZ235, as single agent or in combination with trastuzumab, until the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is determined. The MTD is defined as the dose expected to produce during the first course of treatment dose-limiting toxicity in 33% of patients. Once the MTD has been defined, the safety expansion parts of the trial will be opened for enrollment. Safety dose expansion part (advanced solid tumors, including patients with breast cancer being treated with trastuzumab): Patients will be treated with BEZ235, as single agent or in combination with trastuzumab, given at the MTD, once daily. Treatment of patients will continue until disease progression or occurrence of unacceptable side effects.
The purpose of the study is to see if daily and twice daily administration of BIIB021 is tolerated in patients with advanced solid tumors.
Part A: The purpose of this study is to find the maximum tolerated dose of BMS-777607 in subjects with advanced or metastatic solid tumors Part B: The purpose of this study is to describe the preliminary activity of BMS-77607 in subjects with advanced or metastatic gastroesophageal cancer, hormone refractory prostate cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and type I papillary renal cell carcinoma
This is a Phase I, dose escalation, safety study of OSI-930 and Erlotinib in cancer tumors.
A Phase I Study of Oral ZIO-101-C in Advanced Solid Tumors and Lymphomas
Single arm, open label, Phase I, dose-escalation study of indibulin in combination with erlotinib in subjects with advanced histologically confirmed, solid tumors for which no standard therapy exists and for whom treatment with erlotinib is considered medically acceptable.
This is a Phase 1, nonrandomized, open-label, dose-escalation study of 3-hour IV infusions of RH-1 administered to patients with advanced solid tumors or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Treatment will continue until a patient meets criteria for discontinuation.
The purpose of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of PF-03446962 when given as a single agent. Tumors require new blood vessels to support their ability to grow and to spread (metastasize). New treatments aimed at preventing these blood vessels have the ability to improve the clinical management of cancer.
The purpose of this clinical research study is to study the safety of Epofolate (BMS-753493) in patients with advanced cancers (in Phase 1 portion) and to determine whether Epofolate (BMS-753493) can shrink or slow the growth of the cancer in patients with advanced ovarian, renal or breast cancer (in Phase 2 portion)
