HMPL-453 in Advanced Malignant Mesothelioma

Start date: December 30, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase II, single arm, multicenter and open-label study to evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetic of HMPL-453 in patient with advanced Malignant Mesothelioma

Cryotherapy in Treating Patients With Lung Cancer That Has Spread to the Other Lung or Parts of the Body

Start date: March 2011
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This pilot clinical trial studies the side effects of cryotherapy (cryoablation [CA]) in treating patients with lung cancer. Cryotherapy kills cancer cells by freezing them.

NCT ID: NCT01126346 Completed - Clinical trials for Unspecified Childhood Solid Tumor, Protocol Specific

Quality of Life and Survivorship Care in Patients Undergoing Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC)

HOPE
Start date: May 2010
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

RATIONALE: An orientation and patient education program and telephone counseling may help improve the quality of life in patients with peritoneal surface malignancies. PURPOSE: This clinical trial studies quality of life and survivorship care in patients undergoing surgery and chemotherapy for peritoneal surface malignancies.

NCT ID: NCT01105390 Withdrawn - Clinical trials for Recurrent Malignant Mesothelioma

AMG 102, Pemetrexed Disodium, and Cisplatin in Treating Patients With Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma

Start date: April 2010
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial is studying how well giving AMG 102 together with pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin works in treating patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as AMG 102, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some block the ability of tumor cells to grow or spread. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving AMG 102 together with pemetrexed disodium and cisplatin may kill more tumor cells

NCT ID: NCT00459862 Completed - Clinical trials for Recurrent Malignant Mesothelioma

Pazopanib in Treating Patients With Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma

Start date: March 2007
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial is studying the side effects and how well pazopanib works in treating patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma. Pazopanib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor.
