Proton Beam Therapy to Treat Esophageal Cancer

Assess progression-free survival and overall survival of proton beam therapy (PBT) for patients with resectable vs. unresectable esophageal cancer, and to assess patient-reported outcomes of PBT for esophageal cancer at 6 months following chemoradiation and physician-reported toxicity of PBT for esophageal cancer.

Combination Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy and Surgery for Esophageal Cancer

Doxorubicin, Cisplatin, 5-Fluorouracil in Patients With Advanced Adenocarcinoma of the Stomach or Esophagus

The purpose of this study is to collect information on the anti-tumor activity of the combination doxorubicin, cisplatin, and 5-fluorouracil when given to patients with advanced esophageal or gastric adenocarcinoma. We will also be collecting information about the side effects and safety of this combination.
