Registry participants with advanced malignancy or myelodysplasia will have a sample of their tumor or tissue analysed for genetic alterations using next generation sequencing (NGS) performed in a lab that has been certified to meet a high quality standard. Treatments and outcomes will be reported to the registry to allow further understanding of how genetic differences can lead to better diagnosis and treatments.

Molecular Biology Analysis for Para-aortic Nodes in the Ultra-staging of Advanced Cervical Cancers

The para-aortic lymph node involvement in the advanced stage of cervical cancer is a poor prognostic factor for overall survival. Concomitant chemo-radiotherapy has become the standard treatment for advanced cervical cancer. In case of para-aortic lymph node involvement, an extension of radiotherapy fields is recommended. A prospective multicentre study shown that the survival rate of patients with node ≤ 5 mm and which benefited from the expansion of radiotherapy fields was identical to the survival of pN0 patients. However, due to a specific disease, this technique should not be performed in all patients. It is necessary to reliably select patients with retroperitoneal lymph node involvement. For this, it is recommended that prior to the concurrent chemo-radiotherapy, nodal staging surgery with a definitive histological analysis. So we propose to use molecular diagnostic test OSNA (One Step Nucleic Acid Amplification) to improve lymph node metastasis detection sensitivity to achieve ultra-staging compared to conventional histology.

Safety and Immunogenicity Study of Human Papilloma Virus Vaccine in Women Aged 9 to 30 and Men Aged 9 to 17

This study evaluates the safety of Tetravalent recombinant human papilloma virus vaccine (6,11,16,18 type) (Hansenula polymorpha) in women of 9 to 30 years old and men of 9 to 17 years old and preliminarily explore the immunogenicity. 135 people are enrolled in total, including 45 women of 18 to 30 years old and 90 people of 9 to 17 years old. Among the first group, 30 women will be inoculated studied vaccine and 15 women will be inoculated placebo. Among the second group, there are 45 women and 45 men, 30 women and 30 men in vaccine group and 15 women and 15 men in placebo group.

Characterization of Immunosuppressive Signing of Cervical Cancer

Infection with Human Papillomavirus high-risk Human (HR-HPV) is the main factor of risk of cancer of the cervix. Recent studies show that cancers linked to infection with HR-HPV are associated with immunosuppression and lack of T cell response Such mechanisms would promote progression to cancer and progression of it . Various factors such as an increase of regulatory T cells, the presence of myeloid cells and suppressor of defects in the signaling pathway Toll Like Receptor (TLR) may have a key role in these immunosuppression mechanisms. At this stage of knowledge, a better characterization of local and systemic immunosuppressive signing of cervical cancer is needed. The results should have a significant medical impact for the identification of new prognostic markers and new therapeutic targets for the treatment of patients with cervical cancer. The aim of this research project is to define the signing of immunosuppressive cancer cervix and analyze the different mechanisms involved in this immunosuppression.

Cost-Effectiveness and Patients Satisfaction of Conventional vs Robotic-Assisted Laparoscopy in Gynecologic Oncologic Indications

Laparoscopic surgery is gaining currency in the field of oncologic care, particularly for colorectal and gynecologic cancers. This innovation could be used either for staging purpose and therefore could steer global therapeutic options or for surgical management only. Increase knowledge and skills lead to an increase in the number and rate of the women this innovation could be offered. The project team observed a shift from traditional surgical management (abdominal radical surgery) towards laparoscopic with a focus on lymphadenectomy. This innovation however increases some costs (the surgical stage) but decrease some others (the post surgical stage). Foreseeing the pace of the dissemination needs to have objective and reliable data about who had access to laparoscopic surgery and who didn't (and why) and accurate assessment of related costs. This program will focus on uterine cancer (both cervix and corpus).
