Clinical Response and Toxicity of Hypo-fractionated Chemoradiotherapy in Cervix Cancer

Uterine cervix cancer can be treated definitively with concurrent chemoradiation (external beam radiotherapy and chemotherapy) followed by high dose rate brachytherapy. Treatment duration can be shortened by increasing the dose per fraction of treatment which can reduce costs and patient exposure. The aim of our study is to determine the non-inferiority of hypofractionated radiotherapy compared with conventional treatment.

A Phase III Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of First-Line Treatment With HLX10 + Chemotherapy in Patients With Advanced Cervical Cancer

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of HLX10(Recombinant Anti-PD-1 Humanized Monoclonal Antibody Injection) plus chemotherapy compared to the efficacy and safety of placebo plus chemotherapy in the treatment of adult women with persistent, recurrent, or metastatic cervical cancer. Chemotherapy regimens include: paclitaxel plus cisplatin and paclitaxel plus carboplatin. The primary study hypotheses are that the combination of HLX10 plus chemotherapy is superior to placebo plus chemotherapy with respect to: 1) Progression-free Survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST 1.1) as assessed by the IRRC or, 2) Overall Survival (OS).

This is an exploratory, open label, multi-center trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of combination of durvalumab with BVAC-C in patients with cervical cancer refractory to or relapse after platinum-based first-line chemotherapy with safety lead-in phase. The study consists of 2 parts: part A, a safety lead-in phase, and part B, an exploratory safety and efficacy evaluation phase. To observe the efficacy and safety of hydrochloride anlotinib combined with concurrent radiochemotherapy for patients with FIGO stage IB3 and IIA2-IVA cervical cancer. Patient characteristics, image and genetic information of tumor, microbial sample of tumor microenvironment and biomarker in the blood sample will be collected and analysis by multi-omics and bioinformatic technology. Aim to provide a new treatment module for cervical cancer.
