View clinical trials related to Small Cell Lung Carcinoma.
Filter by:The primary objectives of this Phase 1b/2 study were as follows: - Phase 1b (Bolus and Infusion): To evaluate the safety and tolerability of carfilzomib in patients with relapsed solid tumors and in patients with relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma and in patients with refractory lymphoma. - Phase 2 (Bolus): To evaluate the overall response rate (ORR) after 4 cycles of carfilzomib in patients with relapsed solid tumors.
AZD0530 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. This phase II study is studying how well giving AZD0530 works in treating patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.
The purpose of the study is to determine whether ipilimumab given with paclitaxel/carboplatin has clinical benefit when compared with paclitaxel/carboplatin alone in patients with previously untreated lung cancer.
The purpose of this study is to compare the activity of fixed doses of cisplatin and etoposide with toxicity adjusted dosing of the same drugs in the first-line treatment of small cell lung cancer.
This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of obatoclax mesylate when given together with topotecan hydrochloride and to see how well they work in treating patients with relapsed or refractory small cell lung cancer or advanced solid tumors. Obatoclax mesylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as topotecan hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving obatoclax mesylate together with topotecan hydrochloride may help kill more tumor cells
Although the efficacy of topotecan as second-line chemotherapy for SCLC has been consistently demonstrated in phase II/III clinical trials, the choice of irinotecan as first-line therapy prevented use of the evidence-based option. This pilot study will be conducted to determine the activity and safety of topotecan in SCLC patients refractory to first-line therapy with irinotecan and platinum.
This is a multicenter, phase II, open-label trial to evaluate the efficacy of pemetrexed + carboplatin combined with thoracic radiotherapy in patients with Limited Stage of small cell lung cancer
The main objective of the trial is to document the progression free survival (PFS) in advanced or metastatic small cell lung carcinoma (SCLC) patients previously treated with at least one therapeutic regimen
The purpose of this study is to determine if cisplatin and pemetrexed are effective in the treatment of patients with Small Cell Lung Cancer, extended disease.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether INNO-206 is effective in the treatment of small cell lung cancer.
