Inclusion Criteria: - Physician diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome plus polysomnography demonstrating greater than 10 apneas plus hypopneas per hour of sleep - Age 18-80 years - Ability to use a telephone without assistance Exclusion Criteria: |
