Intervention

Device:
Suspension system
suspended from the handles of the straps by either their hands or feet while the non-suspended pair of extremities are in contact with the ground leading to muscle activation due to unstable base of support
Other:
Scapular training exercises
Scapular muscle strength by resistance

Outcome

Type Measure Description Time frame Safety issue
Primary Pain intensity Pain intensity is measured by neumeric pain rating scale the lowest value is 0 means no pain and the highest value is 10 means the worst pain 1week
Primary Function Function is measured by neck disability index the total score is 50 as the score is higher the disability is higher 1 week
Primary Scapular muscle strength Scapular muscle strength is measured by hand held dynanometer 1week
Primary Scapular position Scapular position is measured by lateral scapular slide test 1week
