Study of Doxorubicin and Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) and Intraoperative Brachytherapy for Unresectable or Refractory Pelvic and Abdominal Rhabdomyosarcoma and Undifferentiated Sarcomas in Children

Start date: August 2018
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical research study is to find the highest tolerable dose of heated doxorubicin that can be given to patients during surgery with abdominal tumors. The safety of this drug will also be studied.

NCT ID: NCT03108300 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Malignant Soft Tissue Sarcoma

Use of Propranolol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Metastatic STS

Start date: August 30, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Fifty patients with pathological proof of malignant soft tissue sarcoma will receive Anthracyclin based chemotherapy combined with propranolol 40 mg twice daily. - The primary end point : To assess Progression Free Survival (PFS) - The secondary end points : To assess Overall Survival (OS) and Toxicity Profile

NCT ID: NCT03104335 Withdrawn - Advanced Cancer Clinical Trials

Apatinib for Advanced Soft Tissue Sarcoma Patients: a Phase 2, Multicenter Trial

Start date: April 1, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Patients with advanced soft tissue sarcoma(rhabdomyosarcoma and liposarcoma excluded), who experience progression after standard chemotherapy, have limited treatment options which promise a survival benefit. This trial tends to explore apatinib, which is a domestic highly selective inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2, as a treatment option for heavily pretreated soft tissue sarcoma patients.

NCT ID: NCT03099681 Recruiting - Epithelioid Sarcoma Clinical Trials

An Observational Study on Epithelioid Sarcoma

Start date: August 22, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Prospective Italian study aimed to provide a description of the population affected by Epithelioid Sarcoma (ES)

NCT ID: NCT03096912 Recruiting - Soft-Tissue Sarcoma Clinical Trials

A Study Assessing Efficacy & Safety of Ribociclib in Patients With Advanced Well/Dedifferentiated Liposarcoma

Start date: July 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine whether ribociclib are effective and safe in the treatment of progressive well/dedifferentiated liposarcoma (WDL/DDL).

NCT ID: NCT03092323 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Soft Tissue Sarcoma of the Extremity

A Randomized Trial of Pembrolizumab & Radiotherapy Versus Radiotherapy in High-Risk Soft Tissue Sarcoma of the Extremity

SU2C-SARC032
Start date: July 19, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, multi-institutional phase II randomized study comparing neoadjuvant radiotherapy followed by surgical resection to neoadjuvant pembrolizumab with concurrent radiotherapy, followed by surgical resection and adjuvant pembrolizumab. The total duration of pembrolizumab will be one year in the experimental arm.

NCT ID: NCT03085225 Completed - Soft Tissue Sarcoma Clinical Trials

Trabectedin Combined With Durvalumab in Patients With Advanced Pretreated Soft-tissue Sarcomas and Ovarian Carcinomas.

TRAMUNE
Start date: May 5, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

A phase Ib trial study of trabectedin when prescribed in combination with durvalumab in locally advanced/unresectable soft-tissue sarcoma and ovarian carcinomas.

NCT ID: NCT03077451 Completed - Clinical trials for Recurrent Kaposi Sarcoma

Nelfinavir Mesylate in Treating Patients With Kaposi Sarcoma

Start date: March 13, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This pilot phase II trial studies how well nelfinavir mesylate works in treating patients with kaposi sarcoma. Nelfinavir mesylate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

NCT ID: NCT03077178 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Soft Tissue Sarcoma Adult

Impact of Locoregional Treatment of Soft Tissue Sarcoma on Status of Patients Aged 70 Years and Over

SARCOLD
Start date: October 15, 2017
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In order to describe functional impact of surgery in elderly patients treated for lower-limb soft-tissue sarcoma, the investigators set up this project which aims to identify prognostic factors among geriatric and functional assessment.

NCT ID: NCT03076372 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study Evaluating MM-310 in Patients With Solid Tumors

Start date: February 22, 2017
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

MM-310 is a liposomal formulation of a docetaxel prodrug that targets the EphA2 receptor on cancer cells. Docetaxel is an approved chemotherapeutic drug. This study is a Phase 1 open-label study of MM-310 in patients with solid tumors. In the first part of the study, MM-310 will be assessed as a monotherapy until a maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is established. After an MTD of MM-310 as a monotherapy is established, an expansion cohort and MM-310 in combination with other therapies will be assessed.
