This study is being done to find out whether the study drug Retifanlimab, a monoclonal antibody against the PD-1 protein, combined with gemcitabine and docetaxel, is a safe and effective treatment for your disease. Gemcitabine and docetaxel are chemotherapy drugs that are commonly used to treat soft tissue sarcoma. Retifanlimab is an experimental drug that boosts the immune system's ability to fight cancer cells. The study researchers think that Retifanlimab may help gemcitabine and docetaxel work better against soft tissue sarcoma that is either locally advanced or has spread beyond its original location (metastasized), and it cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable).
This phase II trial investigates the effects of hypofractionated radiation therapy before surgery on wound complications associated with surgery in treating patients with soft tissue sarcoma of the extremity (arms, hands, legs or feet) and superficial trunk that has not spread to other parts of the body (localized) and can be removed by surgery (resectable). Hypofractionated is a shorter radiation therapy treatment length (fewer radiation treatment days) and administers the total radiation dose as larger daily doses, compared to conventionally fractionated therapy.
This is an open-labeled, single-armed and prospective study, patients with advanced malignant solid tumors will be given with SL22P autologous CAR - T/CAR-TILs cells. The aim of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of SL22P CAR-T cells, including the adverse reaction, pharmacokinetics, and the outcomes of patients.
This study investigates the surgical management of lymph node basins for extremity and trunk soft tissue sarcoma (ETSTS) to identify and better understand the surgical practice patterns of sarcoma surgeons. ETSTS has been known to spread to distant locations including lymph nodes, with some subtypes of the disease spreading to lymph nodes more than others. This has led to sarcoma surgeons to treat patients differently from one another, including those with more lymph node involvement. The purpose of this study is to investigate the practice patterns of ETSTS surgeons.
This study is a first-in-human, Phase 1a/1b, multicenter, open-label study to determine the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of aplitabart as a single agent and in combination in participants with relapsed and/or refractory solid or hematologic cancers, as well as newly diagnosed cancers, and an open-label, randomized study of aplitabart+FOLFIRI+bevacizumab.
This is a study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Lattice SBRT for patients with large tumors (≥ 4.5 cm) planning to undergo palliative radiotherapy.
The hypothesis of this study is that the response rate of soft tissue sarcoma will be improved with the addition of PD-1 and CTLA-4 inhibition to cabozantinib, and that cabozantinib priming will increase the response to nivolumab and ipilimumab.
The participants of this study will have advanced malignancies (also known as advanced cancer). The main aim of this trial will be to study the blood levels (known as pharmacokinetics) of the tazemtostat (the study drug) when administered in combination with another drug. Part 1 of the study will evaluate the interaction between the drugs tazemetostat and itraconazole. Part 2 of the study will evaluate the interaction between the drugs tazemetostat and rifampin For both Parts 1 and 2, safety and the level that effects of the study drug can be tolerated (known as tolerability) will be assessed throughout.
This is an open label phase 2 study for advanced sarcoma using metronomic doses of gemcitabine, doxorubicin and docetaxel, and nivolumab immunotherapy given intravenously.
