Rotator Cuff Injury to Surgery

The purpose of this prospective randomized controlled trial is to compare post-operative outcome between participants undergoing expedited surgery compared to those proceeding through a 'typical' wait time process. A secondary purpose is to evaluate the progression of rotator cuff tear size from the time of initial consult to the time of surgery.

Rotator Cuff Repair (RCR) With and Without OrthoADAPT Augmentation

Prospective, randomized, multi-center, controlled study for patients undergoing open rotator cuff repair. Patients are stratified based on tear size to one of three groups. Each group is then randomized 1:1 to either repair with OrthoADAPT or repair without OrthoADAPT.
