Eligibility | Inclusion Criteria: - unilateral, isolated hydronephrosis >= grade III (SFU) - age <= 3 months Exclusion Criteria: - associated malformation of the urogenital tract - global kidney insufficiency proven by creatinine examination - prematurity - no informed consent |
