A Study of Sovilnesib in Subjects With Ovarian Cancer

Start date: April 4, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, phase 1b study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and efficacy of sovilnesib at different dose levels to establish the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of sovilnesib in subjects with high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC).

NCT ID: NCT05858736 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Safety, PK and Efficacy of AI-061 in Advanced Solid Tumors

PRESERVE-009
Start date: July 11, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

AI-061 is a co-formulation drug product (DP) consisting of 1:1 ratio mix of AI-025, an anti-PD-1 antibody, and ONC-392, an anti-CTLA-4 antibody. This is a dose escalation study to identify the maximum toxicity dose (MTD) or the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).

NCT ID: NCT05788484 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study of CDX-585 in Patients With Advanced Malignancies

Start date: May 11, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, non-randomized, multicenter, dose-escalation and expansion study in patients with selected solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05579366 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

PRO1184 for Advanced Solid Tumors

PRO1184-001
Start date: December 7, 2022
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will test the safety, including side effects, and determine the characteristics of a drug called PRO1184 in participants with solid tumors. Participants will have solid tumor cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable).

NCT ID: NCT05537844 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Longitudinal Sample Collection to Investigate Adaptation and Evolution of Ovarian High-grade Serous Carcinoma

BriTROC-2
Start date: October 27, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In BriTROC-2, up to 250 women with a confirmed diagnosis of high-grade serous/high-grade endometrioid or carcinosarcoma will be eligible for full consent (Part 2) and registration to BriTROC-2 and will be followed prospectively until first relapse. Women with presumed newly-diagnosed high-grade serous carcinoma of the ovary, fallopian tube or peritoneum can be approached for consent to Part 1 (screening consent) of BriTROC-2 prior to formal diagnosis. The aim of this study is to acquire tumour material at diagnosis and relapse, whole blood for genomic analysis and plasma for ctDNA. This study will also isolate single cells and establish organoid cultures from ascites/peritoneal washings.

NCT ID: NCT05527184 Recruiting - Endometrial Cancer Clinical Trials

NCT ID: NCT05429970 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

A Study Comparing Perioperative Stress Reduction vs. Standard of Care in Ovarian Cancer (PRESERVE)

Start date: June 17, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to see if propranolol and etodolac along with mind-body resilience training/MBRT and music therapy help participants who are experiencing physiological stress before, during, and after primary debulking surgery/PDS or IDS and also if it's better than the standard-of-care approach (no intervention for reducing stress).
