Filter by:The appearance of the aging skin is influenced by different factors including by the reduced elasticity and increased laxity of the skin, the decreasing volume as well as pigmentation disorders and dilated vascular markings. Currently, there are different methods available to treat the aging skin. Here, the combined treatment of radiofrequency micro needling (RFMN) and thulium laser has been commonly used in clinical practice. The aim of this clinical study is to investigate the efficacy, patient satisfaction, safety of RFMN and thulium laser treatment in patients with facial, age-related skin laxity, wrinkles, and pigmented lesions.
This study is a double-blind placebo controlled study to assess whether oral astaxanthin can improve skin hydration, skin elasticity, improve skin pigmentation, and reduce facial redness.

This double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, single-center clinical trial was conducted to assess the efficacy and tolerance of an anti-aging daily serum to improve moderate overall photodamage and skin fatigue after 12-weeks of twice-daily used when compared to a placebo-serum (vehicle control). A total of 62 subjects, 34-60 years of age completed study participation.

The intended use of the radiofrequency and microneedling devices used in this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of paired treatment for the treatment of facial aging.
To determine whether following Carbon dioxide (CO2) laser treatment, application of autologous cell suspension obtained via enzymatic and mechanical preparation will reduce negative side effects from CO2 laser and decrease the time of healing following treatment.
Ultraviolet light A (UVA) causes oxidization of guanine to mutagenic 8-Oxoguanine (8-OxoG) and the most frequent and best characterized mutation in mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), a deletion of 4,977 base pairs, called the "common deletion", a marker of photoaging.
This double-blind, randomized, controlled, single-center clinical trial was conducted to assess the efficacy and tolerance of an anti-aging serum to improve moderate overall photodamage and skin fatigue of aging skin after 7 days of twice-daily use when compared to the efficacy of a combination of anti-aging serum and an anti-aging facial moisturizer. A total of 26 female subjects, aged 34-60, completed study participation.
This study evaluates the use of an oral supplement to see if it can shift the function of the skin and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, its impact on biomarkers associated with aging, and its impact on mental health.
