PRaG Therapy in Combination With Locally Advanced Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC) (NeoPRAG Study)

Start date: May 1, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about Phase I+Phase II Clinical Study of PRaG Therapy in Combination With Chemotherapy (AG Regimen) for Neoadjuvant Treatment of Locally Advanced Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC) (NeoPRAG Study). The main question it aims to answer is to investigate the safety and efficacy of the PRaG treatment modality combined with chemotherapy neoadjuvant therapy for locally advanced pancreatic cancer.

French Assessment of MRD by Liquid Biopsies in PDAC Patients (FRENCH.MRD.PDAC)

Start date: March 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The overall objective of this GUIDE.MRD consortium is to confirm that ctDNA detected after curative intended treatment for PDAC is a marker of residual disease and for risk-of-recurrence, and applicable in clinical practice. Primary objective To confirm that ctDNA analyses performed after PDAC treatment can identify patients with a high risk-of-recurrence. Specifically, the investigators want to determine the association between disease-free survival (DFS) and ctDNA detection status after 1. curative-intended surgery and 2. adjuvant chemotherapy. FRENCH.MRD.PDAC is the French study of the european GUIDE.MRD project

NCT ID: NCT06276803 Not yet recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

The LINFU® U.S. Registry for the in the General Population Without Risk Factors

Start date: June 15, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Adenocyte has developed LINFU®, (Low Intensity Non-Focused Ultrasound excitation of the pancreas) as a method of identifying early, asymptomatic pancreatic cancer and its noninvasive precancerous lesions.. In this study, LINFU® will be evaluated in the general population with no risk factors and who exhibit no signs or symptoms of disease, This study will help determine if LINFU® can be used to help identify early, asymptomatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) or their precursor lesions (PanIn-2, PanIn-3).

NCT ID: NCT06275737 Not yet recruiting - Esophageal Cancer Clinical Trials

POP-UP: a Single-arm, Two-cohort Study: Trimodal Prehab for Upper GI and Pancreatic Cancer

POP-UP
Start date: March 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, two-cohort, open-label, single-arm feasibility study. The primary objective is to assess the feasibility of the 8-week trimodal prehabilitation program alongside perioperative triplet chemotherapy in eligible patients with localized pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) or oesogastric cancer (OGC) .

NCT ID: NCT06214533 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Celiac plExus Block to Reduce OpioID Consumption Following Hepato-pancreato-biliary Mini-invasive Surgery

CEBOIDS
Start date: March 1, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this study is to assess the efficacy of intraoperative celiac plexus block (CPB) to reduce opioid consumption following laparoscopic hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery

NCT ID: NCT06151691 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Assessment of Early Pancreatic Cancer Prognosis by Minimal Residual Disease Using Multi-omics Approach

Start date: December 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This trial aims to develop a minimal residual disease (MRD) detection model for predicting recurrence of patients with stage I-II pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma after surgery and adjuvant therapy, based on cfDNA fragmentation and methylation signal.

NCT ID: NCT06147037 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Phase 1, Dose-escalation Study of [225Ac]-FPI-2068 in Adult Patients With Advanced Solid Tumours

Start date: June 28, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human, Phase 1, non-randomized, multicenter, open-label clinical study designed to investigate the safety, tolerability, dosimetry, biodistribution, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of [225Ac]-FPI-2068, [111In]-FPI-2107, and FPI-2053 in metastatic and/or recurrent solid tumors (HNSCC, NSCLC, mCRC, PDAC).

AGEN1423 Plus Balstilimab With or Without Chemo in Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: April 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this research study is to asses the safety and efficacy of the combination of AGEN1423 and Balstilimab with or without chemotherapies, gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, for the treatment of advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) which has progressed after at least one previous line of cancer therapy. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: - AGEN1423 - Balstilimab Participants will receive study treatment for about 2 years and will be followed for 1 year after.

Surgery and Thermal Hepatic Ablation Combined With Chemotherapy in Hepatic Oligometastatic Pancreatic Cancer

HOPE-1
Start date: January 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the overall survival of thermal ablation combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone in the patients with liver oligometastasis after pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) surgery. The main question it aims to answer is: whether thermal ablation combined with chemotherapy can effectively prolong the overall survival in the patients with liver oligometastasis after pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) surgery. The participants in the treatment group will receive systemic chemotherapy combined with liver thermal ablation, while the participants in the control group will receive chemotherapy alone. All participants will be followed up to evaluate the overall survival after treatment.
