NCT ID: NCT06341725 Terminated - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

EUS Role in Non-metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Lymph Nodes Staging

Start date: February 15, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Aim of the study will be to investigate if Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) with elastography can be purposed between the routine staging examinations in patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma without distant metastasis for the staging of lymph nodes status ("N" in TNM classification) - in RESECTABLE pancreatic cancer the investigators will evaluate the concordance with EUS elastography and histological findings of lymph nodes obtained during surgery, in order to assess the sensibility, specificity and the positive and negative predictive value of EUS with elastography, the disease-free survival, the percentage of metastatic patients and the overall survival (in patients with or without metastatic lymph nodes). - in "BORDERLINE resectable" and UNRESECTABLE non-metastatic ("advanced" locally") disease, the investigators will evaluate if the malignant lymph nodes samples during EUS with elastography and fine needle aspiration (FNA) will be related to a decreased survival. Secondary aim will be to register the prognosis (in terms of survival) of the patients with para-aortic and mediastinal pathological lymph nodes (related to a decreases survival in some series in literature)

NCT ID: NCT05769959 Terminated - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Study of RO7515629 in Participants With HLA-G Positive Solid Tumors

Start date: June 15, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immune response and preliminary anti-tumor activity of RO7515629 alone in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors expressing human leukocyte antigen G (HLA-G).

NCT ID: NCT05546411 Terminated - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

The names of the study interventions involved in this study are: - NIS793 - FOLFIRINOX (Folinic acid/Leucovorin, 5-Fluorouracil, Irinotecan, and Oxaliplatin) Other interventions may include: - Chemoradiation Therapy - Surgery

NCT ID: NCT05380557 Terminated - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

ARTEMIS: Study of Patients With Early Stage Pancreatic Cancer Who Have Undergone Genetic Testing

ARTEMIS
Start date: August 23, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study includes participants with pancreatic cancer who are undergoing genetic testing at Invitae related to their diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Our goal in this study is two-fold. First, we would like to research whether any inherited changes in genes may be associated with pancreatic cancer. Second, we would like to learn more about patient experiences with genetic testing, such as patient understanding of the testing, health-related actions taken (or planned to take) as a result of testing, communication and action of family members based on test results, and psychological impact of testing. This research study involves allowing collection of tumor tissue (from a prior biopsy and/or surgery), a blood sample, and sending surveys to participants for their opinion on the impact of the genetic testing as well as clinicians for relevant baseline and medical history information.

NCT ID: NCT04983407 Terminated - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

Safety and Efficacy Study of AVB-S6-500 (Batiraxcept) in Patients With Advanced Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

Start date: July 28, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1b/2 study of batiraxcept (AVB-S6-500) designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of batiraxcept in combination with nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine in subjects with locally advanced, recurrent, or metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma as first line therapy. The phase 1b portion of the study is open label and patients will receive batiraxcept, nab-paclitaxel, and gemcitabine. The Phase 2 portion of the study is randomized, 2-arm, open-label study to compare efficacy and tolerability of batiraxcept, nab-paclitaxel, and gemcitabine versus nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine as first line therapy.

NCT ID: NCT04077372 Terminated - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Assessment of a Serious Illness Conversation Guide (SICG) in Advanced Gastro-Intestinal Cancers

Start date: September 16, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of the study is to determine whether standardized implementation of a scripted template for discussing important issues that arise near the end of life improves the care of those who have advanced cancer.

NCT ID: NCT04060342 Terminated - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

GB1275 Monotherapy and in Combination With an Anti-PD1 Antibody in Patients With Specified Advanced Solid Tumors or in Combination With Standard of Care in Patients With Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

Start date: August 13, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This first-in-human (FIH ) study is an open-label, multicenter study that consists of a Phase 1 Dose Escalation/Expansion phase of GB1275 monotherapy or in combination with Anti-PD-1 Antibody or in combination with Standard of Care in Patients with Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma followed by a Phase 2 Basket Expansion phase in Patients with Specified Metastatic Solid Tumors

NCT ID: NCT03784417 Terminated - Pancreas Cancer Clinical Trials

EUS-guided Laser Ablation in Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

Start date: October 15, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the possibility of performing local therapy for PDAC using laser ablation of the tumor under ultrasonography (EUS) guidance. Safety of the procedure as well as post procedural quality of life will be also evaluated.

NCT ID: NCT03723915 Terminated - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

Pembrolizumab and Pelareorep in Treating Patients With Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: November 14, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well pembrolizumab in combination with pelareorep work in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. A virus, called reovirus (pelareorep), which has been changed in a certain way, may be able to kill tumor cells without damaging normal cells. Giving pembrolizumab in combination with pelareorep may work better in treating patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.
