Filter by:The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety and feasibility of weekly intra-peritoneal administration of Cantrixil to women with persistent or recurrent ovarian cancer, Fallopian tube cancer or primary peritoneal cancer. The study also aims to determine the maximum tolerated dose of Cantrixil in these patients when administered as a monotherapy or a combination therapy.
This is an open-label, prospective, multicenter, randomized Phase III, clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of trabectedin in BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutation carrier and BRCAness phenotype advanced ovarian cancer patients in comparison to physician' choice chemotherapy. Arm A: Trabectedin 1.3 mg/mq d1 q 21 in 3 hours (central line) Arm B: Pegylated Liposomal Doxorubicin 40 mg/mq q 28 or Topotecan 4 mg/mq dd 1,8,15 q 28 or Gemcitabine 1000 mg/mq dd 1, 8, 15 q 28 Weekly Paclitaxel 80 mg/mq gg 1, 8, 15 q 28 Carboplatin AUC 5-6 q 21 or 28 Patients will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to treatment arms. During the randomization process, patients will be stratified by - Platinum sensitivity - Measurable disease - Number of previous chemotherapy lines > vs < 3 - BRCA mutational status
The purpose of the study is to determine the optimal dose of CC-486 (oral azacitidine) in combination with pembrolizumab for the treatment of platinum-resistant/refractory Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (EOC).
Registry participants with advanced malignancy or myelodysplasia will have a sample of their tumor or tissue analysed for genetic alterations using next generation sequencing (NGS) performed in a lab that has been certified to meet a high quality standard. Treatments and outcomes will be reported to the registry to allow further understanding of how genetic differences can lead to better diagnosis and treatments.
This is a phase III, randomized, double-blinded, comparative, multi-centre study to assess the efficacy of atezolizumab in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy plus bevacizumab administered concurrent to chemotherapy and in maintenance, in patients presenting epithelial ovarian cancer (including patients with primary peritoneal and / or fallopian tube adenocarcinoma) who have platinum-sensitive relapse (platinum-free interval > 6 months).
This is an open label, single arm, multi-center study to assess the efficacy and safety of the combination of cediranib and olaparib tablets in platinum-resistant relapsed high grade serous, high grade endometroid or clear cell ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal carcinoma patients who have received at least 3 prior lines of chemotherapy and who do not carry deleterious or suspected deleterious germline breast cancer susceptibility gene (BRCA) mutations.

This clinical trial studies how well an exercise intervention works in reducing symptoms and improving clinical outcomes in patients with ovarian cancer undergoing platinum-based chemotherapy. Exercise may "train" the body to repair deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) damage more efficiently, which may reduce symptoms related to platinum-based chemotherapy, improve quality of life, increase survival, and decrease recurrence rates in patients with ovarian cancer.

This innovative project seeks to harness mobile phone technology as a means to take preventive health care to a new level among ovarian cancer survivors. Using the Fogg Behavioral Model, developed from the concept of persuasive technology, this study proposes to develop the Mobile Application for Genetic Information on Cancer (mAGIC) intervention to motivate ovarian cancer survivors to undergo genetic counseling.
