NCT ID: NCT03769805 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Clinical Study of Anlotinib in Maintenance Treatment of Advanced NSCLC

CSOAIMTOAN
Start date: June 15, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Based on the need of clinical practice of maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC and the reliable data of third-line treatment for non-small cell lung cancer, the investigators designed a clinical study of antinil hydrochloride versus pemetrexed in maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC to prospectively evaluate the efficacy of antinil hydrochloride in maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC. Value, to provide a scientific basis for prolonging the survival time of patients with advanced NSCLC, improving the quality of life of patients in the course of treatment, and optimizing treatment strategies to a greater extent.

NCT ID: NCT03612154 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Study of Lorlatinib in ROS1 Rearranged NSCLC

Start date: May 2, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase II, multi-center, single arm study of lorlarinib as a single agent in patients with ROS1-rearranged advanced NSCLC.

NCT ID: NCT03050411 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Apatinib Combine With EGFR-TKI for Advanced EGFR-TKI-resistant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: May 2016
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs), including gefitinib demonstrate excellent effect on the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with EGFR mutations. However, patients who are initially sensitive to the drugs eventually become resistance. Apatinib is a highly selective VEGFR2 inhibitor and reduces the angiogenesis of tumor efficiently. In this study, the investigators aim to explore the efficacy and reasonable dosage of apatinib combining with EGFR-TKI in advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR-TKI resistance.

NCT ID: NCT02974933 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Apatinib Mesylate Combined With Pemetrexed in the Treatment of Pretreated Advanced Non-squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Start date: November 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of apatinib mesylate combined with pemetrexed alone in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients in the second or second line of treatment of progression-free survival

NCT ID: NCT02951611 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Effects of Acupuncture Stimulation on Systemic Inflammation

Start date: November 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

60 ASA physical status I or II patients, aged 18-75 years old , scheduled for elective video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy surgery, will be randomized into 2 groups, with 30 patients in each group: 1. control group and 2. treatment group. Patients in treatment group will receive transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS) during the surgery and at 6h and 24h after surgery. Patients in the control group received only TIVA general anesthesia and sham electrical stimulation. Serum from patients of both groups will be collected at before surgery, 1h and 25h after surgery, respectively. Serum levels of TNF-alpha, IL-1 beta, CXCL8, IFN gamma and IL-4 at different time points will be measured and compared between the two groups.

NCT ID: NCT02905591 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Phase 2 Study Adding Ascorbate to Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy for NSCLC

XACT-LUNG
Start date: November 16, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial evaluates adding high-dose ascorbate (vitamin C) to a standard therapy for non-small cell lung cancer. The standard therapy is radiation therapy combined with carboplatin and paclitaxel (types of chemotherapy). All subjects will receive high-dose ascorbate in addition to the standard therapy.

NCT ID: NCT01312337 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Iressa for EGFR Mutation Negative Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

Start date: September 2010
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The investigators will examine efficacy and toxicity of gefitinib in Korean patients with EGFR wild tumors diagnosed with direct sequence test.

NCT ID: NCT01301560 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Chemotherapy With or Without Radiosurgery for Asymptomatic Oligo Brain Metastasis

Start date: June 2008
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The need of radiosurgery is controversial for asymptomatic oligo brain metastasis for non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Therefore, the investigators do a randomized study comparing overall survival between two groups with or without radiosurgery for asymptomatic oligo brain metastasis before palliative chemotherapy for NSCLC.
