Lung Cancer With Copanlisib and Durvalumab

LCD
Start date: May 12, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The current study focuses on unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who are starting Durvalumab consolidation after concurrent chemoradiation with a goal of cure. The overall hypothesis of this study is that the addition of Copanlisib to Durvalumab will be well-tolerated at a biweekly schedule. It will test whether the addition of Copanlisib to Durvalumab can overcome resistance to Durvalumab.

NCT ID: NCT04892472 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

EF-36/Keynote B36: A Pilot, Randomized, Open-label Study of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields, 150 kHz) Concomitant With Pembrolizumab for First Line Treatment of Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

KEYNOTE B36
Start date: July 12, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, randomized, open-label study of Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) at 150 kHz to the thorax using the NovoTTF-200T System with IV pembrolizumab in subjects previously untreated for advanced or metastatic, PD-L1 positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary objective is to evaluate the progression-free survival (PFS) by RECIST 1.1 in subjects with TPS ≥1 percent, 1L metastatic/current advanced NSCLC treated with TTFields concomitant with pembrolizumab compared to those treated with pembrolizumab alone. The device is an experimental, portable, battery operated device for chronic administration of alternating electric fields (termed TTFields) to the region of the malignant tumor, by means of surface, insulated electrode arrays.

NCT ID: NCT04892017 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Phase 1/2 Study of DCC-3116 in Patients With RAS/MAPK Pathway Mutant Solid Tumors

Start date: June 15, 2021
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1/2, multicenter, open label, first in human (FIH) study of DCC-3116 as monotherapy, and in combination with trametinib, binimetinib, or sotorasib in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors with RAS/MAPK pathway mutation. The study consists of 2 parts, a dose-escalation phase, and an expansion phase.

A Post-marketing Surveillance to Assess the Safety and Effectiveness of Zirabev in Domestic Patients With Various Cancer

Start date: September 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This is a prospective, single-arm, open-label, non-interventional, multicenter, post-marketing surveillance to assess the safety and effectiveness of Zirabev(Bevacizumab biosimilar) in domestic patients with non-small cell lung cancer, metastatic colorectal cancer, metastatic breast cancer, advanced or metastatic kidney cancer, cervical cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, primary peritoneal cancer or glioblastoma multiforme.

NCT ID: NCT04886804 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Study to Test Different Doses of Zongertinib in People With Different Types of Advanced Cancer (Solid Tumours With Changes in the HER2 Gene)

Start date: June 22, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The study has 2 parts. The first part is open to adults with different types of advanced cancer (solid tumours with changes in the HER2 gene) for whom previous treatment was not successful. The second part is open to people with non-small cell lung cancer with a specific mutation in the HER2 gene. The purpose of the first study part is to find the highest dose of a medicine called zongertinib the participants can tolerate. Once this dose is found, it will be used in the second study part to test whether zongertinib can make tumours shrink. In this study, zongertinib is given to people for the first time. Participants take zongertinib as tablets once a day or twice a day. The participants are in the study for as long as they benefit from and can tolerate treatment. Study doctors regularly check the participants' health and monitor the tumours. The doctors also take note of any unwanted effects that could have been caused by zongertinib.

NCT ID: NCT04881916 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Immune and Genomic Markers in ALK+ NSCLC

Start date: December 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The purpose of this research study is to obtain and study clinical history, and tissue and saliva specimens if available from participants with Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase-ALK+ Non-Small Lung Cancer(NSCLC)

NCT ID: NCT04881045 Completed - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Study to Test the Safety and Tolerability of PF-07257876 in Participants With Selected Advanced Tumors.

Start date: August 18, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a first-in-human, Phase 1, open label, multicenter, multiple dose, dose escalation and dose expansion study intended to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and potential clinical benefit of PF-07257876, a CD47-PD-L1 bispecific antibody, in participants with selected advanced or metastatic tumors for whom no standard therapy is available. The study contains 2 parts, single agent Dose Escalation (Part 1) to determine the recommended dose of PF-07257876, followed by Dose Expansion (Part 2) in selected tumor types at the recommended dose.

Energy for Lymphocytes

ELY
Start date: August 1, 2016
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

CERTIM is a cohort created in July 2015 to set up a multidisciplinary follow-up of cancer patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors. From the CERTIM cohort, we conducted a longitudinal, prospective, observational study (ELY) in two tertiary university centers (Cochin hospital and European Georges Pompidou Hospital), which included patients between August 2016 and October 2019 and ended follow-up in April 2020. Patients were treated with nivolumab, at a dose of 3 mg/kg every 2 weeks, or pembrolizumab, at a dose of 2mg/kg every 3 weeks. The investigators report findings from an evaluation of rest energy expenditure (REE) assessed using indirect calorimetry in the outpatient setting before treatment with checkpoints inhibitors.
