Filter by:The purpose of this research study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of GT103 and investigate the safety and effectiveness of the study drug.
This is an open-label, single-arm, phase II, multi-center clinical trial. Thirty patients will be enrolled in this trial to investigate the pathological complete response rate defined as the absence of residual tumor in lung and lymph nodes treated by chemo-immunotherapy.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tiragolumab plus atezolizumab compared with placebo plus atezolizumab in participants with previously untreated locally advanced, unresectable or metastatic PD-L1-selected non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with no epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation or anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) translocation. Eligible participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either tiragolumab plus atezolizumab or placebo plus atezolizumab.
This randomized phase 2 open-label study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of zimberelimab (AB122) monotherapy, domvanalimab (AB154) in combination with zimberelimab, and domvanalimab in combination with zimberelimab and etrumadenant (AB928) in front-line, PD-L1 positive, metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
This Phase III study will be conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of YH25448 as first-line treatment in locally advanced or metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) patients with EGFR mutations
A multicenter open-label phase 1/1b study to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of SO-C101 as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with selected advanced/metastatic solid tumors
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of BGB-A445 alone and in combination with tislelizumab in participants with advanced solid tumors; and to determine the maximum tolerated dose(s) (MTD) or maximum administered dose(s) (MAD) and recommended Phase 2 doses (RP2D) of BGB-A445 alone and in combination with tislelizumab.
To assess the efficacy and safety of D-0316 versus Icotinib, a standard of care epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI), in patients with locally advanced or Metastatic Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).
The reason for this study is to see if the study drug selpercatinib compared to a standard treatment is effective and safe in participants with rearranged during transfection (RET) fusion-positive non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread to other parts of the body. Participants who are assigned to the standard treatment and discontinue due to progressive disease have the option to potentially crossover to selpercatinib.
This is a Phase 1b/2 protocol to evaluate pharmacokinetics, safety, efficacy, and pharmacodynamics of PF-06801591, a programmed death-1(PD-1) antagonist monoclonal antibody (mAb) in participants with advanced malignancies. This study consists of 2 parts: Phase 1b part (dose escalation and dose expansion) in patients with advanced malignancies in Asia and a global Phase 2 part in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients.
