Filter by:This is a multicenter, open, non-inferiority Phase III clinical study to evaluate the efficacy of 18F-Alfatide Injection PET/CT compared with 18F-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer. This trial will include 428 patients with non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by imaging, histopathology and/or cytology or highly suspected by investigators, suspected lymph node metastasis and proposed radical surgery and lymph node dissection. Eligible subjects will receive 18F-Alfatide Injection PET/CT and 18F-FDG PET/CT scans within 1 week. Subjects will undergo relevant security checks before and after each scan. The subjects underwent radical surgery and lymph node dissection within 2 weeks of completing both scans, and the obtained lymph nodes were pathologically examined as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficacy of 18F-Alfatide versus 18F-FDG for lymph node metastasis.
This is a retrospective observational research study to describe the characteristics and real-world clinical outcomes of patients with locally advanced, unresectable Stage III non-small cell lung cancer receiving durvalumab in the United Kingdom (the CODAK study). Physicians who have treated patients who have locally advanced, unresectable Stage III NSCLC with durvalumab will be requested to recruit patients to have their clinical data abstracted from their clinical records in line with local laws. Data from this study will provide UK-specific real-world data on patients receiving durvalumab through the Early Access Programme (EAP) or post-reimbursement.
This is a randomized, double-blind, multi-center, global Phase II study to determine the efficacy and safety of Durvalumab plus Olaparib combination therapy compared with Durvalumab monotherapy as maintenance therapy in patients whose disease has not progressed following Standard of Care (SoC) platinum-based chemotherapy with Durvalumab as first-line treatment in patients with Stage IV non small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with tumors that lack activating epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations and anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) fusions.
