Start date: May 2005
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor efficacy of ocrelizumab in participants with progressive follicular NHL.

NCT ID: NCT02719821 Completed - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Refining a Biobehavioral Intervention to Enhance Recovery Following Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

Start date: March 2016
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this project is to refine and evaluate the feasibility of a brief, behavioral intervention to improve the recovery following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Cancer patients who were treated with HSCT will learn behavioral techniques to improve sleep and increase daytime activity with the goal of alleviating insomnia, fatigue, and depression after HSCT. If the intervention is feasible and acceptable to patients, a future study will test the effects in a larger trial, with the long-term goal of improving the care and quality of life of cancer survivors recovering from HSCT.

NCT ID: NCT02697552 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Safety Study of HBI-8000 in Japanese Patients With Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Start date: March 2014
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Phase 1, open-label, non-randomized, dose-escalation study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of HBI-8000 administered orally.

NCT ID: NCT02661035 Completed - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Allo HSCT Using RIC for Hematological Diseases

Start date: March 9, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase II trial using a non-myeloablative cyclophosphamide/ fludarabine/total body irradiation (TBI) preparative regimen followed by a related or unrelated donor stem cell infusion. The primary objective is to evaluate rates of acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) grades II-IV and chronic GVHD with an updated GVHD prophylaxis of tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) with a non-myeloablative preparative regimen in persons with hematologic malignancies.

NCT ID: NCT02639559 Completed - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Safety and Efficacy of BL-8040 for the Mobilization of Donor Hematopoietic Stem Cells and Allogeneic Transplantation in Patients With Advanced Hematological Malignancies

Start date: March 31, 2016
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Current protocols use G-CSF to mobilize hematopoietic progenitor cells from matched sibling and volunteer unrelated donors. Unfortunately, this process requires four to six days of G-CSF injection and can be associated with side effects, most notably bone pain and rarely splenic rupture. BL-8040 is given as a single SC injection, and collection of cells occurs on the same day as BL-8040 administration. This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of this novel agent for hematopoietic progenitor cell mobilization and allogeneic transplantation based on the following hypotheses: - Healthy HLA-matched donors receiving one injection of BL-8040 will mobilize sufficient CD34+ cells (at least 2.0 x 10^6 CD34+ cells/kg recipient weight) following no more than two leukapheresis collections to support a hematopoietic cell transplant. - The hematopoietic cells mobilized by SC BL-8040 will be functional and will result in prompt and durable hematopoietic engraftment following transplantation into HLA-identical siblings with advanced hematological malignancies using various non-myeloablative and myeloablative conditioning regimens and regimens for routine GVHD prophylaxis. - If these hypotheses 1 and 2 are confirmed after an interim safety analysis of the data, then the study will continue and include recruitment of haploidentical donors.

NCT ID: NCT02611323 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

A Study of Obinutuzumab, Rituximab, Polatuzumab Vedotin, and Venetoclax in Relapsed or Refractory Follicular Lymphoma (FL) or Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of induction treatment with obinutuzumab, polatuzumab vedotin, and venetoclax in participants with relapsed or refractory FL, and with rituximab, polatuzumab vedotin, and venetoclax in participants with DLBCL. Participants with FL who achieve complete response (CR), partial response (PR), or stable disease (SD) at the end of induction therapy will receive post-induction treatment with obinutuzumab and venetoclax, and participants with DLBCL who achieve CR or PR at the end of induction (EOI) will receive post-induction treatment with rituximab and venetoclax.

NCT ID: NCT02581007 Completed - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Reduced Intensity Conditioning Transplant Using Haploidentical Donors

Start date: October 26, 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This trial will evaluate the safety and efficacy of a reduced intensity allogeneic HSCT from partially HLA-mismatched first-degree relatives utilizing PBSC as the stem cell source. The primary objective of the study is to estimate the incidence of graft rejection and acute GVHD. A secondary objective will be to estimate the incidence of the relapse, NRM, OS, chronic GVHD and EFS.
