NCT ID: NCT05225675 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Multifocal Motor Neuropathy

A Clinical Trial to Investigate the Safety and Tolerability, Efficacy, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Immunogenicity of 2 Dose Regimens of ARGX-117 in Adults With Multifocal Motor Neuropathy

ARDA
Start date: March 31, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase 2, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multicenter trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of 2 dose regimens of ARGX-117 versus placebo, in participants with MMN previously stabilized with IVIg (intravenous immunoglobulin).

NCT ID: NCT05084053 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP)

A Study of TAK-771 in Japanese Participants With Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) and Multifocal Motor Neuropathy (MMN)

Start date: December 7, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The main aim of the study is to check for side effects from TAK-771, and to check how well TAK-771 controls symptoms in Japanese participants with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) and multifocal motor neuropathy (MMN) The participants will be treated with TAK-771 for 45 months as a maximum. There will be many clinic visits. The number of visits will depend on the infusion cycles of study drug (every 2, 3, or 4 weeks).

NCT ID: NCT02655575 Active, not recruiting - Dizziness Clinical Trials

Assessment and Treatment of Patients With Long-term Dizziness in Primary Care

LODIP
Start date: October 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Brief Summary: The purpose of the present study is to examine the effects of a Group based intervention consisting of vestibular rehabilitation (VR) combined with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in patients with long--lasting vestibular dizziness. The study also aims to describe sociodemographic, physical and psychological characteristics in the patients, and to examine prognostic factors related to functional status and disability following participation in the intervention. Prior to the RCT, a feasibility study will be conducted to examine the feasibility of the study protocol.

NCT ID: NCT02220244 Active, not recruiting - Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Trials

Effect of MD1003 in Chronic Visual Loss Related to Optic Neuritis in Multiple Sclerosis

MS-ON
Start date: October 2013
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the superiority of MD1003 over placebo in the visual improvement of patients suffering from chronic visual loss resulting from multiple sclerosis related optic neuritis.

NCT ID: NCT00445367 Active, not recruiting - Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Trials

Biobank For MS And Other Demyelinating Diseases

Start date: May 2006
Phase:
Study type: Observational

To establish a large, longitudinal collection of high quality samples and data from subjects with MS, selected other demyelinating diseases (Transverse Myelitis (TM), Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO) or Devic's, Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM), and Optic Neuritis (ON)), and related and unrelated unaffected controls. Samples and data will be available as a shared resource to scientists researching the causes, sub-types, and biomarkers of MS and related demyelinating diseases.
