Eligibility | Inclusion Criteria: - Age group 18 to 40 years - Both gender groups - Non radiating neck pain Exclusion Criteria: - History of cervical and thoracic spine surgery - Vertibro-basilar insufficiency - Sign of serious pathology like malignancy - Signs of systemic inflammatory disorder - Patient with diagnosed hypertension - (scapular area pathology) |

Primary | Numeric Pain Rating Scale | Changes from baseline Numeric pain Rating Scale is used to objectively assess musculoskeletal pain as marked by the patient. It is a 10 point scale from 0 to 10. 0 depicts no pain at all and 10 shows worst pain ever felt. It was measured at baseline, at 3rd session after 6th weeks of the intervention. | 3 weeks | |
Primary | NDI (neck disability index) | The questionnaire has 10 items concerning pain and activities of daily living including personal care, lifting, reading, headaches, concentration, work status, driving, sleeping and recreation. The measure is designed to be given to the patient to complete, and can provide useful information for management and prognosis of those with neck pain | 3 weeks | |
