NCT ID: NCT02476734 Completed - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

FDG-PET/CT Imaging as Early Predictor of DP

Start date: August 2014
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In this study the investigators would like to describe FDG-PET/CT responses in patients who are receiving CART-19 immunotherapy for Follicular Lymphoma (FL), Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), and Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) as part of UPCC #13413. Subjects will undergo two FDG-PET/CTs. One performed within 6 weeks of CART-19 infusion and a repeat scan at about 1 month after infusion.

NCT ID: NCT02472756 Completed - Clinical trials for Lymphoma, Follicular

Open, Noninterventional Trial of MabThera in Combination With Chemotherapy (CVP, CHOP or FCM) in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Follicular Lymphoma

Start date: September 2008
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

The primary objective of this study is the evaluation of safety and tolerability of rituximab in combination with diferrent chemotherapy regimens. Additional safety data will be gained from prolonged maintenance rituximab treatment.

NCT ID: NCT02471911 Completed - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

KPT-330 Plus RICE for Relapsed/Refractory Aggressive B-Cell Lymphoma

KPT-330+RICE
Start date: December 11, 2015
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study evaluates the addition of selinexor (KPT-330) to RICE chemotherapy in the treatment of relapsed and refractory aggressive B-Cell Lymphoma, with the goal of improved response rates (as compared to RICE chemotherapy alone).

NCT ID: NCT02464228 Completed - Clinical trials for Relapsed or Refractory Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma

Investigation of Tipifarnib in Treatment of Subjects With PTCL That Have Not Responded to Standard Therapy.

PTCL
Start date: October 8, 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Phase II study designed to investigate antitumor activity in terms of objective response rate (ORR) of tipifarnib subjects with advanced Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma (PTCL). Tipifarnib will be administered orally until disease progression.

NCT ID: NCT02461290 Completed - Follicular Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Rituximab Therapy in Follicular Lymphoma in Combination With Chemotherapy - REFLECT 1

Start date: April 2008
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

The primary objective is to evaluate the safety profile and tolerability of rituximab in combination with different chemotherapy regimens.

NCT ID: NCT02460276 Completed - Clinical trials for Relapsed/Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma

A Trial of Ibrutinib, Lenalidomide and Rituximab for Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma

PHILEMON
Start date: April 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

In this trial, patients with mantle cell lymphoma will be included, treatment with lenalidomide, rituximab and ibrutinib will be administered in an induction phase for up to 12 cycles, cycle length 28 days. Patients with complete remission, partial response or stable disease will enter a maintenance phase with treatment with ibrutinib and rituximab until progression of disease. The primary objective is to evaluate overall response rate, based on PET and CT.

NCT ID: NCT02459041 Completed - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

Clinical Impact of EUS Elastography Mean Strain Histograms (SH) and Contrast Peak-enhancement in Focal Pancreatic Masses and Lymph Nodes

ADVEUS
Start date: January 2015
Phase: N/A
Study type: Observational

The study protocol is based on a multi-center semi-quantitative approach of EUS elastography data in combination with contrast-enhanced EUS, consisting of measuring SR and SH for focal pancreatic masses and lymph nodes, as well as several parameters of CE-EUS based on time-intensity-curve (TIC) analysis. A number of parameters must be taken into consideration, as the ROIs are still manually selected by the user. The aim of the study is to establish an EUS based diagnostic algorithm in patients with pancreatic masses and lymph nodes, with negative or inconclusive cytopathology after EUS-FNA, based on previously published results and cut-offs of elastography and contrast-enhancement. The proposed algorithm of sequential use of real-time elastography, followed by contrast-enhanced EUS could be a good clinical tool to help select the patients with possible pancreatic adenocarcinoma or malignant lymph nodes, in the setting of patients with negative EUS-FNA results.

NCT ID: NCT02453594 Completed - Hodgkin Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (MK-3475-087/KEYNOTE-087)

Start date: June 10, 2015
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a study of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) for participants with relapsed/refractory classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (RRcHL) who: 1) have failed to achieve a response or progressed after autologous stem cell transplant (auto-SCT) and have relapsed after treatment with or failed to respond to brentuximab vedotin (BV) post auto-SCT or 2) were unable to achieve a Complete Response (CR) or Partial Response (PR) to salvage chemotherapy and did not receive auto-SCT, but have relapsed after treatment with or failed to respond to BV or 3) have failed to achieve a response to or progressed after auto-SCT and have not received BV post auto-SCT. The primary study hypothesis is that treatment with single agent pembrolizumab will result in a clinically meaningful overall response rate.

NCT ID: NCT02453087 Completed - Clinical trials for Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

A Study of Escalating Doses of DCDS0780A in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Start date: August 4, 2015
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This open-label, multicenter, Phase 1/1b study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of increasing doses of DCDS0780A in participants with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. In the combination portion of the study, the safety and tolerability of DCDS0780A in combination with rituximab or obinutuzumab will be assessed.
