Filter by:This study will test the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of VP301 in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, lymphoma, or solid tumors.
This is a single-arm and open-label study to explore X+MTX+Ritu (ATG-010, Methotrexate, Rituximab) regimen in Relapse refractory PCNSL patients. Approximately 30 patients will be enrolled in the study. In dose escalation phase, patients with Relapse refractory PCNSL will be treated with X+MTX+Ritu regimen and escalating doses of oral ATG-010 weekly in a 3+3 design. Then a phase 2 expansion at the recommended dose level based on phase 1b trial will be conducted to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability.
The purpose of the study is to find out if an investigational drug called PRGN-3007 UltraCAR-T cells (PRGN-3007 T cells) can help people with ROR1-positive hematologic chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and solid tumor triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) malignancies.
This is a multicenter, single arm, phase II study aimed at evaluating ibrutinib therapy for the treatment of AIHA in patients with CLL/SLL or CLL-like MBL.
This is an expanded access program (EAP) for eligible participants. This program is designed to provide access to epcoritamab prior to approval by the local regulatory agency. Availability will depend on territory eligibility. A medical doctor must decide whether the potential benefit outweighs the risk of receiving an investigational therapy based on the individual patient's medical history and program eligibility criteria.
This is a phase 1, single-center, dose selection study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of ThisCART19A (allogeneic CAR-T targeting CD19) in patients with Auto-CAR T relapsed B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
This study seeks to determine if patients undergoing a bone marrow biopsy/aspiration (BMBA) procedure who receive distraction techniques have lower levels of distress and pain, and higher post-procedure satisfaction, compared to those receiving standard-of-care. Intervention 1 is guided meditation in a virtual reality (VR) headset. Intervention 2 is comprised of environmental changes to the room (via nature-themed decals) and music.
A Multicenter, Prospective, Observational Clinical Protocol for Chidamide in Combination With Rituximab and Lenalidomide (cR2) in Real-world Practice in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma
The purpose of the study is to provide CC-122 treatment to participants who have been receiving treatment in other CC-122 clinical trials investigating CC-122 for more than 5 years (CC-122-ST-001 [NCT01421524], CC-122-ST-002 [NCT02509039], CC-122-DBCL-001 [NCT02031419], and CC-122-NHL-001 [NCT02417285]), receiving clinical benefit from the treatment and to monitor the safety and tolerability of CC-122.
In this multi-center open-label, non-randomized phase I/II intervention study three consecutive doses of donor-derived EBV Tscm-CTLs will be administered to 10 patients with treatment-refractory EBV lymphoma, diseases or PTLDs. EBV Tscm-CTLs will derive from hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) or third-party donors.
