NCT ID: NCT06037239 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma

Phase I/II Study of Linperlisib Plus Chidamide for R/R Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma: a Prospective, Single-center Study

Start date: July 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

HDAC inhibitor chidamide and PI3K inhibitor linperlisib has shown clinical activity as mono therapy in PTCL. The combination of duvelisib and romidepsin is highly active against relapsed and refractory T-cell lymphomas including cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCLs). The aim of this study is to further explore the efficacy and safety of HDAC inhibitor chidamide combined with PI3K inhibitor linperlisib in the treatment of relapsed and refractory CTCLs.

Start date: November 20, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to test the safety, tolerability, efficacy, and drug levels of BMS-986369 in participants with relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphomas in Japan.

NCT ID: NCT06033820 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma Recurrent

Zanubrutinib+Lenalidomide+R-ICE in Relapsed/Refractory DLBCL

Start date: October 12, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, single center, single arm, open label study of zanubrutinib, lenalidomide in combination with Rituximab-ICE for treatment of relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT06031194 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Pharmacogenomics Effects on High-Dose Methotrexate Clearance in Patients With Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Start date: May 10, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study evaluates pharmacogenomic effects on high-dose methotrexate clearance in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

NCT ID: NCT06029309 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Zanubrutinib and Tafasitamab in Mantle Cell Lymphoma

ZANU-TAFA
Start date: May 3, 2024
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study to find the ideal dose for the combination treatment of Zanubrutinib and Tafasitamab in patients with mantle cell lymphoma. Another purpose is to assess how well the combination treatment works in patients with the study disease.

NCT ID: NCT06028373 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumors

A Study of ATG-031 in Advanced Solid Tumors or B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas

Start date: December 8, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

ATG-031 study (alias: PERFORM) is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1 study of ATG-031 in patients with advanced solid tumors or B-NHL. The study design includes a Dose Escalation Phase and a Dose Expansion Phase, and will enroll patients with advanced solid tumors (i.e., preferred tumor types) or relapsed/refractory (R/R) B-NHLs. The study's primary objective is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ATG-031 and determine the RP2D(Refered Phase II dose) of ATG-031.

NCT ID: NCT06027957 Recruiting - Clinical trials for B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

CD19 CAR T-Cell Therapy for R/R Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Start date: August 2, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

- Brief Summary: Cluster of differentiation 19 (CD19) is expressed on B cells. CD19+ tumor cells in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and acute lymphoblastic leukemia can be targeted using T cells expressing CD19-specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). - Objective: This study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of single-dose anti-CD19 CAR T-cell therapy in the treatment of relapsed/refractory CD19+ non-Hodgkin lymphoma and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. - Eligibility: People aged 1 to 60 years with relapsed/refractory CD19+ non-Hodgkin lymphoma and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. - Design: Phase 1 clinical trial, uncontrolled, single dose of CD19 CAR T-cells.

NCT ID: NCT06026995 Recruiting - Lymphoma Clinical Trials

Clinical Study on PEG-rhG-CSF in Mobilizing Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cells

Start date: March 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This study is a randomized controlled, open and multi-center clinical study. Patients who meet the selection criteria and do not meet the exclusion criteria are randomly given PEG-rhG-CSF with a fixed dose of 12mg when white blood cells reach the lowest point, or given rhG-CSF with a daily mobilization of 5-10μ g/kg until the collection is completed, so as to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of PEG-rhG-CSF in mobilizing autologous stem cells for lymphoma and multiple myeloma.

NCT ID: NCT06026644 Recruiting - Clinical trials for DLBCL - Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Health-Related Quality of Life Outcomes in Patients With Aggressive B-Cell Lymphomas Treated With CAR-T Cell Therapy in Real Life

LNH012
Start date: June 29, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This study will ultimately aim at providing the scientific community with patient-reported health status data that will contribute facilitate decision-makings. Short- and long-term HRQoL and symptoms will be evaluated in a longitudinal fashion over time to improve the understanding of the impact of the disease and CAR-T cell therapy on patients-wellbeing, symptom burden and daily functioning. This study will capture useful information on the impact of treatment toxicity, the burden of procedures on HRQoL outcomes. The planned collection of PRO and physician-reported adverse events ad early time point will help to compare and integrate these two points of view in healthcare assessment.
