Filter by:The goal of this clinical study is to assess whether axicabtagene ciloleucel therapy improves the clinical outcome compared with standard of care second-line therapy in patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
Trial Subjects (patients), will receive single infusions of pembrolizumab every 3 weeks until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity develops. They will receive radiotherapy at week 12.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of daratumumab in addition to standard chemotherapy in pediatric participants with relapsed/refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)/lymphoblastic lymphoma (LL) and T-cell ALL/LL as measured by the complete response (CR) rate.
CAR-T cells have been validated effective in treating CD19 positive B cell lymphoma. Other lymphomas like Hodgkin's lymphoma and anaplastic large cell lymphoma are CD30 positive. In this study, a newly CD30 targeted CART therapy ICAR30 is designed to specifically kill those CD30 expressing malignancies including Hodgkin's lymphoma and CD30+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma. The subjects will receive several doses of autologous ICAR30 T cells infusion and then the safety, treating effects and lasting period of these cells in vivo will be evaluated.
Immunotherapy offers an extremely precise approach with the potential to eliminate cancer cells specifically. The newly designed CD19 targeted ICAR19 T cells can specifically kill CD19+ tumor cells. ICAR19 CART used the second generation of CART designation. In this study, the participants will receive several doses of autologous ICAR19 T cells and the investigators will determine the safety and therapeutic effects of these cells.
A phase II trial of ifosfamide, etoposide, cytarabine, and methotrexate (IVAM) chemotherapy for refractory or relapsed diffuse large B cell lymphoma
This is a prospective, interventional study administering 2 doses of the experimental vaccine (CMV-MVA Triplex) to 20 evaluable patients (10 CMV-seropositive and 10 seronegative) undergoing autologous hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) for lymphoma or myeloma on days 28 and 56 post-HCT. The absolute number of adaptive NK cells (CD56dimCD57+NKG2C+) at various days will be compared.
An open phase-1, first-in-human, clinical trial investigating the safety and immunological effects of peptide vaccination with Programmed Death Ligand 1 and 2 (PD-L1 and PD-L2) peptides in patients with relapsed follicular lymphoma.
This is a two-arm, open-label study that aims to compare the incidence and severity of the most common adverse reactions, particularly contact dermatitis, when Valchlor is used alone or in conjunction with triamcinolone ointment 0.1% in early stage MF subjects (Stage IA and IB) for a period of 4 months.
This is a non-randomized, single arm, open-label, single institution, phase I study to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of ET190L1 ARTEMIS™ T cells in patients ≥ 18 years of age with relapsed or refractory CD19+ Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
